Can someone give me a brief explanation of the political situation in Thailand during that period? I cant understand…
so as far as i've read and understood, the thai army owns enough power on its own, though i do think their bureaucracy is the thai government, to actually claim whatever land as theirs in the name of "regional security development" while pocketing profit; idk where that profit comes from but they ought to gain something from it if they're going to such lengths.
"the military's land ownership is part of a broader strategy to modernize the armed forces and enhance national security." thailand's main corruption tie the government to the army and private corporations; if you follow thai politics a bit close, you'll see that the most radical take allowed to be voiced out is being against the nepotism of anyone with a relative in the army. This level of importance (thus power) the thai military has is definitely due to not just the monarchy still being alive but also geopolitics.
Worship, in both Gu & Mi Jeon's term is just mentally & emotionally supporting each other. Complimenting each other, saying things like "You're the most beautiful, you're the best." Elevating but without the obsession.
I just want to say one thing. In the end Yeom Chang Hee was the best character and if you disagree with this you're…
that's true. Love this brat. he's stayed true , had been right in what he said and straightforward and I love that he had been brave at certain moments. I would have snapped just having to listen to someone like A-reum all day long.
it make it very hard for me to feel bad for her in sad scenes when 2 seconds later she’s envalidating ml privacy,…
this! she's very contradicting! if you like him, stop abusing him and his privacy! if you're annoyed at him, then why tf are you always in his business?!? i'm tired of characters like this! their romance later on just piss me off bc it doesn't make sense in the very least.
I don't get why fl is being criticized , you have look at context for fl behaviour.1. Ml was a role model for…
she was absolutely obnoxious though. the kind of old fl kdrama obnoxious. like the other commenter said, we've seen that too many times before. the fact that they somehow still keep coding the fl as the obnoxious "hate but actually love the ml" is getting way too old. even if I try to understand what your points are, it still doesn't make her any less obnoxious. and i still don't understand how they even end up together, they have no chemistry whatsoever, the only thing linking them together is the brother's death so for me, this is just trauma bonding.
Seo In Guk's range is amazing. Doom was my first drama of him since i was new to kdrama & i really adored his cold dead eyes. The reason I so loved Doom back then. But he's also the face of Shopping King Louis & this one. Which are hilarious dramas. The insanity of his skills. (The fact that he's also a singer is even more insane)

The insanity of his skills.
