Such a great recap, nice work! I don't think there were too many dramas that left a lasting impression on me this year. Many light-hearted/feel-good ones though.
My top 5 of 2019 are:
1. Extraordinary You - https://kisskh.at/33768-july-found-by-chance
2. Put Your Head on My Soldier - https://kisskh.at/31385-put-your-head-on-my-shoulder
3. I Will Never Let You Go - https://kisskh.at/27606-legend-of-huabuo
4. The Secret Life of My Secretary - https://kisskh.at/28963-hitting-on-the-blind-boss
5. Touch Your Heart - https://kisskh.at/30817-touch-your-heart

Any recommendations from 2019?

Title Abyss
The leads can't save the lazy writing on this one. So disappointing.

This right here, all the feels:
"My favourite is unquestionably Dong Fang Shi and his many expressions. Sometimes you are disgusted by him and then suddenly he lights up and looks so in love with the lead actress, then I feel bad for hating him."

So glad you're enjoying this as much as I am! The cast is really solid and the story is the perfect mix of drama, comedy, and action.

Also, I recommend watching this through Viki if you're in the US with the comments enabled. It's so fun to laugh along with others while you catch up on, IMO, the best C-Drama of 2019. That's right, I'm calling it now people.

I've been loving this one too! It's nice to watch a drama that's light-hearted and funny. Sometimes I need a break from all the intense dramas out there. lol

You guys,
30 but, 17 was SO GOOD! It deserves all the accolades. I thoroughly enjoyed the story and the characters/actors were fantastic. Most dramas lose their allure once the main actors get together and it feels like the writers stop caring about the story. This one was funny, thrilling and heartwarming all the way through. Bring on the 2019 Kdramas!

I liked Meteor Garden more than Boys over flowers because the chemistry was better between the leads IMO.

I can't believe Thirty but Seventeen didn't make your list! Such a heart-warming story and the ending was perfect.

I don't get all the hype with What's Wrong with Secretary Kim - it felt like a snooze fest to me.

Thanks for sharing your fave's there are a few I'll be adding to my list. Cheers!
