ahh i'm too focused on my feelings. anyway the genre is melodrama so it is obviously not the kind of drama people are looking for these days. These days people tend to like heavy crime, court drama or romcom where it's bubbly happy. So I don't recommend it unless you want a slow pacing drama with amazing ost (Seriously tho the ost is so heart touching). Watch it while cuddling with you blanket in the cold of the night.
This is one of my childhood drama so it holds a special place in my heart. Back then I was too young to critic things, so I just watch it purely as an entertainment, and I am very glad that I found the drama when I was young.
Today I rewatched it and it brings back so many feelings. I guess I miss those times where everything is simple, cold, quiet, and comforting.
Rewatched it again and still cry for the ML. Even if in the end he find his peace, he already lost too much. What did he get from those more than 20 years of suffering? Life lesson? What a joke
I didn't expect that one of the top reviewer give this drama a really low score. It's a good drama, the the type of drama where I rewatched it again and again. I think people are not used with melodrama type of genre. People tend to like either crime or romcom. But u guys should try it yourself, don't let the comment or review stop u here.
Also it aired about 7 years ago, yet the story, cinematography, songs, acting, etc is comparable with the newest drama.
Luo Yun Xi acting is wonderful, he is not afraid at showing emotion. Many actors deliberately have almost to zero expression to give the cold look. However LYX perfectly portray that high and mighty devil god, king, and god of war with face full of emotions and expression. I can feel the resentment, sadness, determination, regret, etc through his detailed acting.
Best kdrama all the time. If anyone don't like the drama I think they just simply don't understand it. Because even after hundreds of kdrama later I still find this drama to be the number 1. Many scene feels like an art. The soundtrack is such a gem.
My brain is so confused now..How do they want to handle the romance between both ML & FL? The ML just told FL…
he die a year ahead of their original timeline. He knew it cause he traveled into the FUTURE. So even if they fail in this timeline, they still had a chance in their original timeline (about a year before he will be killed).
In the drama deborah ep 14 there is this scene where he came to the cafe wearing causal outfit and talk with a friendly intonation. He looks really good there, I hope one day there will be an opportunity where he play the leading role so he could show his charisma.
At several first episodes I feel like something is off with the editing, like they suddenly jumped from scene to scene. But idk whether i got used to it, or they really get better in the later episodes because at one point I don't notice the awkward jumping scene anymore.
I feel like they tryna compensate the amateurish script and directing with a fine cast.
Underrated. The way they wrap the drama is unique and fresh. Love the ost <33 Even the concept is fun "Had a fling with a strange girl that I met during my holiday and she disappeared."
