many commented that it is boring. I think the problem is because those people start watching with high expectation, maybe due to the high rating. You see, the high rating here is because the drama is realistic, relatable, and beautiful. Not because the story is shocking or has heavy plot. I'm a kdrama addict , I've watch sooo many kdrama that I lost count. And I can guarantee that Hospital Playlist is the most realistic medical drama I've ever saw. It is purely about the daily live of 5 doctors. Not about power fighting, outstanding genius, or curing impossible disease like other medical dramas.

she said it herself that it's not entirely his fault. She also not in love anymore. U see they break up not because their relationship has become cold, but because they are not in love anymore. if she said "I want u to look after me more, i feel lonely, etc" dose that solve the root of the problem? no. if she said that, surely the boy will try to change, but that changing will only because she ask him. Not out of love.
Well u are talking about reality. I can see where this came from. In reality many couple try to maintain their relationship due to habit, and it works. We often see marriage couple that living together even though they are not in love anymore, and yeah it works. I'm not saying that those kind of relationship is wrong. I'm just saying that not all relationship has to be that way. There are also some people where their feelings wont change, and would always cherish their partner out of love. No matter how many time has passed. sounds so unrealistic, but those kind of people are real.

also, honestly speaking, I did not like cha eun ho. I've watched him play in several dramas and his acting is still far from actor. yet many people over idolize him. Many other actors work so hard, and better than him but because he is handsome, he is the one who get spotlight. Now that i think about it, it was a foolish thought. He was an idol not an actor so it is normal that he is more awkward. No one would be perfect.
furthermore, So what if it's beauty privilege, everything has it's own price, he also has his own struggle. More importantly from this drama i can see how much he work to improve himself. I even forgot that he is an idol, he really improved so much.
I know some people also has similar foolish thought like mine, if you guys read my comment, how about give it a second chance and try to see him in other perspective and forget any kind of image that you have of him. Maybe he is better than what we see.
