I'd say the romance is MUCH MORE palpable than in The Untamed. I mean Wen Kexing is flirting 24/7 and there are MANY scenes with hidden (or not so hidden) meaning, for example They cutting each others sleeves which in china means being homosexual (cut-sleeve). So it is similar to The Untamed, but more... intense???
I love Word of honor so much that I am watching it raw without understanding a word of what they're saying and watching it on their youtube channel after it is subbed. This show is absolute perfection. Every character is lovable and their chemistry is explosive. I am really impressed by Simon Gong's acting, he plays the two different sides of WKX flawlessly. I'm awestruck by him. Watch it without doubt people, I'm sure you won't regret it.

What on earth are you talking about??? People enjoy watching series or movies, the romantic aspect is usually a huge part of it. It is heartwarming and beautiful. Just because we like to see people in love no matter straight or gay, it doesn't mean we have a fixation on it or we're looking for porn. We are looking for storyline, romance, action.... and while sex is a great part of every romantic relationship, it doesn't have to be there. Being homophobic is truly disgusting.

Well, to me the show never became 'boring', I was so fed up with engineering students trope that this drama was like a breath of fresh air. The mystery genre is one of my favorites and MaxTul's chemistry is electrifying, what's not to like???

And this is 7 years after season one so it's normal that they don't see their other classmates anymore. In order to understand Techno's story, you need to watch Love By Chance. His boyfriend is Kla and he is present in both seasons. Champ and Techno were never romantically involved. And Fiat was present on episode one as well.
