Love Better Than Immortality was one of the best shows I watch in regards to time travel/romance stories..
The Qiu Yue character was the best character in the storyline, although he had a lot of schemes and plots, he was portrayed as a person who fell in love genuinely without being forced on... I did like how Chua Hua was easily manipulated, but when I saw some of the episodes, I saw how the character was okay to tricked and not even fight against all the alone scenes with Qiu Yue... the development with Chua Hua realizing that she was infatuated with Xia Bai and how she was really in love was amazing to watch from beginning to end... The chemistry they had was very believable and fun to watch.
It is very rare to see the "bad boy" get love in the end... I loved how it was portrayed without having the good guy becoming evil or too heartbroken. The only thing I would say negative is that they didn't have enough episodes. I do feel that they could have more story to it but to have it where Chua Hua and Qiu Yue had their happy ending was still good to watch.
