The second season was not as great as the first one but it was still enjoyable. I would gladly watch a third season but I don't think it will ever happen. The ending left me hanging. It seems that the writer had plans for season 3 and didn't wrap up the story.
Even though I love Lee Joon Ki, I've dropped this at the middle. Does the pace pick up at any point? Is the ending satisfying? I'm considering picking it up again and maybe fast forwarding some scenes if at least the ending is worth it.
I really enjoyed this drama. It was lighthearted and sweet with a unique premise. I just think it would benefit from having less episodes. The story felt repetitive at times. The pros: Great acting (everyone did a great job) Beautiful cinematography and ost Interesting secondary characters (shadow Juda, Baek Kyung, Lee Do Hwa) Sweet romance between the leads Interesting premise Nice ending, it made sense. The cons: Repetive and draggy plot at times. The romance was sweet but it took over the plot. I wanted to see the leads interact more with the the other characters and the manga world. The plot was solely focused on romance and the fantasy element was almost completely sidelined. It felt like a missed opportunity to me. The lead characters needed to be more fleshed out. The only thing I know about them is that they are crazy in love with each other. A lot of questions were left unanswered. All in all, it's a good drama. If you are a fan of the romance genre you will it enjoy more.
I didn't like it. Creepy premise, weak plot, slow pace, no chemistry between the leads. Not even my love for Jang Na Ra could save this for me. Not my cup of tea.
At first, I've almost dropped this. For some reason, I found the first half a little slow, but I' m really glad that I didn't drop it, because the second half was amazing and exciting. It's a light hearwarming drama for the most part. The ending is one of the best kdrama endings, satisfying and emotional. Too many great kdramas get ruined by disappointing endings, this is not the case, it was perfect.
I absolutely hate the ending with a passion. For me, the husband is unredeemable. He was abusive and a terrible human being overall. And she just dumps the perfect guy to go back to him, just because he is sorry and promises to change? Give me a break! This drama sends a bad message. Waste of time.
Mediocre drama. Funny and cute at the beginning, repetive and draggy later on. The lead's chemistry is amazing though. Passionate kisses are still a rare thing in kdramas and this drama had many. The "cola kiss" in this drama is iconic.
People who hate Park Shin Hye - Watched Heirs and telling she's irritating and crying always. So you've to get…
In my opinion, she is a great actress. She just needs to choose her roles more carefully. She was really funny in You Are Beatiful but after that a lot of her roles had been over dramatic with little substance. For example, in Memories of the Alhambra, she didn't have a lot to work with, because the writers only gave crying scenes. I am happy to see her in something different.
Great Drama! IU's acting is outstanding in this. I loved the plot and the supporting cast. Beautiful cinematography and amazing ost. The only thing I didn't like was the ending. It was well-executed and it made sense but I would have preferred a different ending. Still, I highly recommend this.
