After 6 episodes, i can say already, SHS better get some awards for her performance in this drama. She perfectly matches her actions with the voice of CJH, is like is the same person. And no need to say she acts like a man, and without making it look like a parody. She's really one of the most talented and versatile Korean actresses,who deserves more recognition and I'm happy this drama is doing justice for her. No need to say anything of KJH, his eyes are speaking for him. Such a talented cast and well deserved high ratings in Korea. (no need to say I'd like to see them in another drama with some steamy scenes, don't mind me haha.) But their chemistry is really of charts. I hope the drama will maintain this high quality and the story won't start dragging, for now i didn't skip a single scene and i hope i won't do it till it ends. ^^

I'm not sure who's picking his dramas but is not doing a good job. I'm sure he's getting lots of scripts, after all he's Ji Chang Wook. Heard about a Netflix drama, i hope that one will make justice for his talent, if he accepts it.

Well, only few people rated each episode (including me), while quite few gave low ratings to the entire drama. Now is 8,4 let's hope it will go even higher.

I hope they're gonna make it more convincing than there.... that's what exactly what i didn't like, i always felt that the lead loved the ghost and not the shy girl . So I hope is gonna be way more convincing here, if they go for that route . ^^

I feel like he never actually gave himself the chance to look how the queen really is before the wild and crazy bong hwan came. He didn't even have a reason to hate her, all the hate came from the fact that she was born in that clan. I think they have the overused childhood connection and that's what gonna trigger his feelings for the queen. But yeah, if they want to go for the king and So Young romance, her soul has to appear, her coming back last episode and living happily would be so unconvincing. I know is impossible to get a king x bong hwan romance so atleast, i hope her soul will come sometimes to give us scenes we gonna melt over.

Guess Hwa Jin reaction is like that because she thinks the queen is planning evil things to steal the king from her, without knowing that she actually wants her and not the king, lol :))

Same, I've never watched any historical drama before but I'm such a fan of SHS so i couldn't skip it. And i wish i didn't start it before it ended, waiting kills me :x

Episode 6 has subtitles on kissasian! Let's enjoy!

I'm trying to be strong and not watch it without subtitles since I'd die not understanding things and having to wait so many hours. Normally the subtitles should be out in around 30 minutes, let's hope so

As expected, latest episode has hit another personal best of 11,8%. Slowly but surely this drama is winning everyone's hearts. :)

Right now is ranked 14 in highest cable drama ever, so big chances that will get at least in top 10 if it keeps going, which is so amazing and well deserved for both leads.

Oh, i always take it from Mr Queen Wikipedia page , it gets updated pretty fast.

Same sadly. I really love him, he's one of the first Korean actors i watched but his last 3 dramas including this one are a no for me :/. And no, to all overprotective people in comments, i don't find it boring because i want him to do action but the scripts he picks aren't good enough for him, he deserves better.

Yep same, the only thing I'm sure about her is that she loves the king. But that will push her to the dark side since she'll slowly lose him so I'm sure she's gonna turn evil

And normally on Sunday the ratings are even higher, so we can expect another personal best tonight!

Just wow! I loved episode 5, everything is so intriguing! The acting of everyone but especially the leads and their chemistry. I really want to find more about the queen's past and her motives.
So the concubine lied, I'm assuming is something that made the king like her. Seen this cliché many times, the male lead doesn't know that the female lead actually saved him in past or helped him and he protects other girl just because of that. I really think the king has feelings for the queen, all i see in his eyes when he looks at the concubine is duty, like he feels the need to protect her but that's all.
Hope this will maintain the high level, while blending all this mystery with the amazing comedy.

I honestly really like this. I'm not sure if I've seen any kdrama male lead as cute as ISW. And he manages to make it feel so natural. Is quite a cute drama, I'm enjoying it for now.

I don't think the ratings have anything to do with the increased number of episodes. I knew it's gonna be 20 before it started airing. But yeah, i really hope it won't drag and they have enough story for 20 episodes.

Yep same, I'd like that but i doubt it will happen. So my last hope is for the queen's soul to come back sometimes and give us some memorable scenes between our leads. Would be such a waste if they don't since their chemistry is so gooooood
