Even though he was acting to protect her in the upcoming episodes he will slap her. I don't like ML slapping FL at any context. As of now I am happy that he didn't touch any other woman. How much ever I try to ignore the other women part but still it hurts me to see ML having other women due to whatsoever the reasons may be.

Yes. I think she didn't see him at all in the wedding dress. During the wedding night also she didn't see his face. She saw his foot and when he was leaving she saw him from the backside.

I saw recent episodes (RAW) and understood the story somewhat from their expressions but not fully. Could you give me a brief update on ML FL parts. And I really liked when FL didn't see ML even for a sec during their wedding. And SeSe ML part I saw it but didn't understand much. I liked it when Ah'Du took FL away and I like how protective Ah'Du was for FL. Ah'DU and FL are so happy together. I like their bonding.

How many here like Ah'Du and XiaoFeng bonding?

Sadly almost all the dramas have a weak FL when it comes to love. I hope here in this drama she becomes strong and handles the situations in a strong way. When I read that he gets another woman pregnant I was mentally prepared. And he was very arrogant during the initial phase of their marriage. He slapped her and our FL gave it back by slapping him hard. He was very rude with her. It is hard to like him in the book. So I hope that FL gets stronger. His punishment should be living without the person whom he loved wholeheartedly. I would suggest you to watch the drama so that we can discuss episodes and vent out our frustrations. It is very helpful when we discuss out thoughts with friends.
Watched few parts of the episodes RAW(even though I don't understand the language I understood somewhat from their expressions) after marriage and there were few sad moments and I saw FL started getting stronger. I hope she continues like this without caring for ML.

I have interest in palace dramas. Because mostly it is female centered especially in Harem palace dramas. We get to see a lot of planning and scheming. But what hurts me the most is that FL being in love with ML hopelessly and helplessly. And ML having other women. If FL is strong enough and can give priority to her self respect than being hopelessly in love with ML I would appreciate it. I get disappointed with FL's characterization. From the comments I read her name was SeSe and another name mentioned was her title. Yes she is going to be a political tool.
From the book we will get to see a lot of interesting scenes and ML getting jealous of FL. And in the book they were already married and ML was kind of arrogant with FL. In drama there will be some changes I think.

And from what I read yes it was only Xiaofeng he loved and he used the other girl may be for some political reasons I think. I like happy endings but for most of the historical dramas I prefer sad endings because mostly FLs have to sacrifice everything and suffer a lot for the MLs. So I prefer sad ending for historical dramas and dramas where ML doesn't treasure FL. More interesting scenes will come after marriage. So waiting for the best things to come.

I read few comments about the character change of ML and I also feel that here ML's character was shown with some changes . From some chapters which I read online I was angry with ML. But I feel here more emphasis was on the situations than his actions. But his actions completely destroyed her family. Whatever the excuses he give it can't change the fact that her family was destroyed.
And the heartbreaking thing for me is ML having concubines. From the book he has other women along with FL.
Yes I agree with you that his greatest punishment must be no forgiveness from FL and living without her and remembering her every day with pain in his heart.
I am interested in watching this story because it is going with a great flow. After marriage it would be more interesting. From what I have read during their wedding night he would come and see her face and left from there. I don't know what changes will be there in the drama so waiting impatiently how it will unfold.

I am also expecting a sad ending. I think it would be perfect. I read few translated chapters of the book. I really wanted ML to suffer and still want it to happen. I saw few dramas where ML can have other women but FL should be committed to ML only. This is injustice. And I want this drama to go on a serious note without unnecessary comedy. I like FL and I want her to face the challenges strongly. Till the end ML should not know that FL loved only him. And he should get insecure. At least I hope this will happen.
