Could someone help as to why this scene plays like this? Just trying to get my head around Korean levels of honorifics ??

oh my word..... the ending...... i have never cried so much..... i totally fell in love with the male lead actor and i was devastated but wouldn't call it a bad ending at all. This drama is definitely going down as one of my all-time favourites.
