Lemme explain how i see it. Mew met top...3 months and he was ready to risk everything to be with him. He changed himself, gave himself and was happy. Top sleeping with boston doesn't negate those feelings. They're still there. His behavior these past 3 episodes didn't feel like he was hurting only cos top slept with Boston but also cos he lost his self confidence and reinforced all the self esteem issues he had
