i wouldnt really call her a killing machine tbh. even cp and master lee agree that while naksu was an assassin, she never harmed ordinary people so its not that she has a thirst or want for murder. i do believe that the people she killed were wild woul shifters or those against jin mu.

also since mu deok occasionally goes blind as well means bu yeon is probably fighting to occupy her body too and once all the memories are regained, we'll see the real reason why it was mudeok who showed up in alchemy of souls since now it is clear that there is no preference except the one who has been chosen to shift into.
