I feel this trend started post Kinn Porsche. That brought the trend of NC scenes. Now some want that for every series. KP was different. It was right for that story.
One can't say Bad buddy or 1000 stars as slow paced story. That criticism is not convincing.

Definitely not.... Kong segment made Pat to take advice from Jeng. He followed Jeng advice to stand for himself. This is a character development. Just like Pat helped in Jeng's character development.

Is that so? Im using mdl from past three years and didn't come across so much unfair criticism for any other series. And I have seen worst ones. For very weird reason this series is being scrutinized beyond a limit.

Ok I noticed many r saying Kong segment was waste of time. But I don't think so. I will share my observations.
First this series backdrop is marketing so Pat will meet people who work in that field.
Secondly why many didn't notice Pat learned to say no by following the advice of Jeng. Put said that Pat was always reluctant to say no to people. He lets others to exploit him. This is a character change that happened because of Jeng. This incident brought them together.
That's how people get close in real life. They spend time , helping each other and get to know other slowly.

Yeah about kong it was necessary... We saw Pat saying no to him strongly after taking the advice of Jeng. Put himself says that he is reluctant to say no to people. As Jeng started to change himself for Pat. Pat took Jeng's advice. That's how people get close.

What I meant was most romantic series I had watched has this type of staring scene.
So what's the use criticizing only this series?

Boss and babe didn't have any details about their work and this is what makes step by step close to reality. In office people work so whats wrong in showing work related situations?
And about Pat and Put getting pack together is plot of the novel.
Pat giving chance to his old relationship makes sense than him believing his boss has fallen for him. I mean why would he think that? Its the same boss who criticized him.

Yes that chair is romantic moment .Isn't that supposed to be the case for most of the romantic series? Many including me watch romantic series for such cute moments. And we all know its not reality. Many things we watch onscreen is not reality. So whats the purpose of criticizing only this series? Your criticism on other things r valid.

I really feel bad for Ben. Guys who are criticizing him for acting skills are free to do it. Im not addressing them. People who shaming him for looks or lips need to stop it. Im seeing such comments for many days. Its too much. There's nothing wrong with his face or lips.

The KP series brought this NC scenes trend. Now some want it for every series they watch. DON'T MISTAKE ME. I love KP series but this is not mafia story.
Jeng is Pat's boss and belongs to high class. There is no way Pat will start believing that Jeng fell in love with him.
On the other hand Jeng being bit introvert is not open in courting Pat.
This is far better than shit out there. I mean didn't even see this much criticism for love syndrome.

I didn't comment about the acting. Yes its definitely not good compared to KP. But people are complaining about pacing of the story which I don't feel convincing.

Kinn porsche brought the trend of adult scenes in BL. I mean don't I myself love KP but that story was different. Step by step is slow burn office romance and its perfectly delivering that.
The series is good till now. I mean have had worst ones than this. And about Pat face expressions I didn't find as a big issue but it's ok if others find it uncomfortable.
But complaining about slow pacing of story is not convincing criticism against the series.
And Jeng is HOT 🥵. His non verbal cues to express his affection towards Pat is very attractive.

That's wrong interpretation. He is teary eyed not because Tian is gay. He is emotional because of the homophobia his brother faced from childhood.
