No he doesn't look that he has gained weight. If he had gained weight, his face would look chubby which is beautiful. And the weight gain is not visible in the rest of the body. In SOTUS he was skinny for sure later he gained muscles because of working out. But here his face looks plump or bloated, I don't know how to describe.
