Some people don't like how Hee-woo has faced no setbacks so far but tbh I like that. I like him taking down these corrupt scumbags one by one, just curbstomping them into oblivion. If righteousness can't win IRL, at least it's happening in the drama. Can't wait to see Kangjin go down next.Yay, another Gyu-ri and Han-mi sighting! I hope they and Min-soo really team up with Hee-woo next. While Gyu-ri has done substantial work so far, Min-soo and Han-mi have been more peripheral even if they offer crucial information and knowledge. I want to see them take a more active role alongside with Hee-woo (altho I think Han-mi has done some reporting for Hee-woo?)Hee-Ah still has no screen presence imo, but I guess that's gonna change with more scenes with her tomorrow and it's not the fault of the actress. Tbh, I'm just not interested in her chaebol storyline at all. It's hard for me to sympathize with a super privileged chaebol heiress, as compared to Hee-woo and the rest. Next episode preview hints at some light romance but y'all already know my feelings on that π€£
The case wasn't that deep but the first episode still got me so invested! I like the chemistry between all three characters and their dynamics. Looking forward to the rest of the episodes.
These two really went from first kiss to "I love you" within 6 episodes. Ik they technically cheated bc of "the crush since childhood" trope but it's still refreshing to see them move forward so early.
Its crazy to me that both junghwan and taeyang doesnt know junyoung is taejoon's sister. Its like idk very unrealistic…
drama logic. you would assume the ex boyfriend and best friend would run into their gf/bff's brother at some point or at least hear about him at some point lol
I can understand why she rejected him, but it still makes me sad. I want potato boy and extracurricular lady to date so badly, they're so cute together.
also I love how petty this man is. he may not always win, but I love how Tae-jun manages to take down Yunghwan a notch or two every so often. we stan our petty king.
man, this guy is smooth. Taeyang's mission to not fall for him? failed successfully.
I kinda lost interest in the last few episodes, which seemed kinda redundant anyways, so I didn't bother watching but the first half was amazing. Shin Hye-sun is an AMAZING ACTRESS. if it was anyone else, the FL would be so annoying and cringey. Seriously, this lady is supposed to be 17 mentally but acts 7. But Shin Hye-sun just acted so well and is so charming that her character is adorable instead and you wanted to root for her. Her mannerism, facial expressions and body language... Top tier. The other good thing about this drama is the humour and the wholesome found family trope. Like I loved all the running jokes in this drama - Chan always hanging up the phone, Ri-An always hiding her face conspicuously, the Gong family men being mistaken for pervs, Jennifer's quotes and voice, etc. Comedy gold. And both the Gong household & the Chaeum workplace are both so sweet!
