When they realized Shuto was missing, they had the injured Hibiki go after him instead of someone else with weapon,…
Mans had a gut wound and they still had him chase after the professor and put his golem down lol... they acted like Hibiki was gonna die like 2mins ago...

On Kimi to Sekai ga Owaru Hi ni Mar 23, 2021
It was a good ending in that things kind of worked out for the characters but imo something was missing. Todoroki is still not redeemed as a character, despite of his sudden heroics out of nowhere, is generally an asshole and indirectly has so much blood on his hands; I cannot empathize or like him as a character at all. Him being paired up with poor Kanae doesn't sit right with me at all. (Didn't she hate his guts before?)

I lowkey despise Kurumi as a character. Nakajo Ayami's acting did not help at all. I wish they delve more in how she fits into the group after, again, indirectly murdering one of their most beloved members (I like Min-jun more than her, tbh). This isn't a criticism of the plot but her praying at Min-jun gravesite pissed me off lol.

And I feel things were somehow resolved too quickly in ep. 10. Like the cavalry just shows up out of nowhere and dispatches a base full of dead soldiers and civilians easily? It didn't feel satisfying at all!

Anyways, I still really liked this drama, despite all of its flaws. I cannot wait for season 2, where I hope they fix the problems with the plot and characters.

Nakajo Ayami's acting is so not convincing... ┐( ˘_˘)┌
I agree. I've only seen her in one other drama but in this, Nakajo Ayami's acting did not impress me at all. Not to mention how much I dislike Kurumi as a character.

Title Cinderella Is Online Spoiler
Have you watched this? is it any good?
omg same I loved the ML in Marry Me! And the FL was in Shanai Marriage Honey and she's so pretty! because of them I wanted to watch this.

I have the same opinion, I feel like romcom cdramas all tend to be like that. Usually jdramas have less ridiculous romantic dramas. usually.

Have you watched this? is it any good?
Yeah, I heard about how good Love 020 was but it seemed kinda silly to me, so I was hoping this version would be better - jdrama remakes I've seen so far usually turn out better than the originals.

But the reviews are so negative, I'll watch if i have nothing else lol; I feel bad for the FL, this was her first main role...

Would you guys recommend watching this jdrama? I haven't seen the original cdrama and I was considering watching this but all the negative comments and those two scathing reviews are scaring me....

I seriously wish people would stop writing off J dramas on the basis of one or a few bad dramas they watched.…
And it's not like all Chinese, Korean and Thai dramas are perfect?? Every country makes some misses as well as masterpieces...

The trouble is, that even "recommended"J-Dramas often pale in comparison to their Korean/Chinese/Taiwanese counterparts…
You dropped just straight facts! One of these days you should write an article on MDL on how jdramas are perceived vs how they really are :-P I'm willing to help!

In the C Version both FL and ML are very proud people, they are confident & smart. Whereas in the JP version FL…
What remakes have you seen? This just seems like a generalization? Shitteru Waifu, just as one example, was 10x better than the kdrama original, Familiar Wife because how much chemistry the cast had with each other and it had much more emotional depth...

Kaya Kiyohara sang the song at the end and her voice was so good! I can't find the OST anywhere online though :(

I've noticed that Japanese dramas seem to have shoestring budgets but the production value of Japanese movies is sky high, leading to amazing cinematography. This was one of those simply beautiful Japanese movies, both in terms of visuals and story. The plot wasn't anything new but it was still moving and engaging, buoyed by the amazing acting of Kaya Kiyohara as always. It was a bit slow-paced, as these slice of life Japanese movies tend to be, but still an entertaining watch. 8.5/10 from me.

I said it before and I'll say it again, half the reason they made this drama imo is to give Sally Jing an opportunity to look gorgeous in all those traditional Chinese dresses lol

Title Influence
Yoshikawa Ai and Aoi Wakana seem solid and apparently Hashimoto Kanna isn't doing too bad, as per the first ep.
He's just posting photos from the dramas, did he explicitly say he's picking it up?

Surprisingly, there are barely any comments on that movie's page! Wait, is there any infidelity in the plot?
