Yes, I think it's really interesting how they billed this as a romance drama set in a zombie apocalypse but the two lovers slowly end up on opposing sides and might become enemies themselves. Also, I'm kinda with you on how annoying Kurumi is but I'm not sure Nakajo Ayami's acting is the issue. I think that's just how the character is written?

I hated Kanae at first but I honestly quite like her now. Maybe she'll be the heroine in the next season?

I ship Mairu with Tenyu and Mirai as well, she has chemistry with them both! As for Naru, look, it's both of their fault. Both of them don't trust each other at all. But I feel like Naru is the type of person who messes up and then expects everything to be fixed with a sorry.

I am so invested in Mairu's growth as a person. Maybe she needs to break up with Mairu and start learning to feel comfortable in her own skin as a single and then look at being in a relationship. Mairu x Naru isn't working out for either of them.

I'm not sure I like Ayano as a character, she just seems mean and a bad friend so far. Hopefully, she gets some character development. When Mairu and Tenyu inevitably end up together, maybe she can start dating Mirai? XD They have something going on already...

Japan needs to make good crime dramas like Korea! WOWOW dramas are usually good in this regard, but there's so few of them and they're never as EXCITING as Tengoku

I just dropped it because I found it boring and slow. Despite the high budgets and production value, kdramas can be so lifeless at times imo.

Like I said, the good thing about jdramas being like 6 episodes long is there's less chance of dragginess!
