i thought this would yet another silly Shoujo live action adaptation, but this was damn good! very old school Asian romcom dramas vibes! and wow both the leads are so attractive lol

guys, this drama is being translated by a fan, like most jdramas. please watch it directly through the fansubber's site: https://ecotvsubs.fun/ and support their hard work, not thru sites like kissasian or myasiantv or whatever that steal from fansubbers...
Eps. 1 - 5, with subs can be found here: https://dramanice.la/nagatan-to-aoto-ichika-no-ryourijou/watch-nagatan-to-aoto-ichika-no-ryourijou-2023-episode-5-online
please stop recommending these sites. they don't sub anything, they're just stealing the fansubber's hard work and making money off it.
this drama was less fun, either BC I already watched the Korean version and knew the story, or bc there was just missing from the way this story was told. either way, I like the reason for why the murderer did everything much better in this version, it made much more sense. also Matsu Airi did a great job as always, and the ML was so hot.

i don't have any problems with the relationships in this drama or the ending, it might not be an ideal ending…
yes, this drama was really good, but would have been even better if it was shorter, as you said, there were definitely times when I felt they were stretching out the episodes to fill the time. I also agree that the music and the cinematography was gorgeous even if the ED song didn't match (it is a complete banger tho)
i found it a bit slow sometimes and kinda draggy, but this is one of the best jdramas I've watched recently and 100% a work of art. only Japan could make something like this. thank you shinsubs for translating this.
this was def one of the dramas of all time. overall, ig as other ppl said, the ending makes sense with the themes of the story but it felt kinda... anticlimactic? I def wasn't enjoying Part 2 as much as I thought I would.
imo they should have released all episodes at once, waiting for one month and getting this plot kinda killed the momentum, I just didn't feel as engaged in part 2. part 1 had its own vibe and intensity and action sequences that I enjoyed while these 4 episodes was more slow paced and character-driven. which sucks bc I detested most of the characters. in fact, while the last episode was kinda fucked up to watch as a North American bc it was basically a school schooling, the only silver lining was that evil shit Kwon Il Ha got capped by one of the ppl he was abusing. too bad the dumbass also killed off the few good ppl in this truly cursed group of teenagers
also, I wish we got to see Na Ra and the rest of the survivors at the end, not just Chi-yeol.
Yo, I'm so confused, what happened to the Kim Won Bin, the sergeant's second in command? He was with the kids at the end of part 1, why is he just gone now? Did he die or something?
i won't lie, I'm not enjoying this as much as Part 1. maybe it would have been better, have the same sort of momentum, if they'd released every thing at one time.
