Important Review Must Read!

I have not finished watching but I had to do the review beforehand. The United States movie "Signal" was nothing like this movie but it had to do with a murder case. This Kdrama and the American movie Signal are both great. The KDrama had more of a story to it which I so appreciate. Lee Je Hoon whose character Park Hae Yeong was very strong and convincing as a profiler. I need to see more with this actor. Kim Hye Soo who played Cha Soo Hyun was also a strong and compassionate emotional female detective, she was also doing a believable job. I will let you know the rest as I finish watching it. I have not skipped any episodes because it has me focused on them. Now the bad part.

Important: I always research the actor's main lead and support.

Ending is not what you think, Please Read my Review

Now I see why everyone is crazy about Lee Min Ho... I loved the storyline but there was a glitch. There is only one small minimal thing I didn't like and it was the ending. Another cliffhanger left you wondering if he was alive or just an illusion. I hate those kinds of endings... No hug nor did he give her the ring. The writers did get me on one part and that is when the prosecutor died. Park Ming Young was great and another actress that showed her strength. This story wouldn't have happened without the other actors and actresses. Great job everyone even though this was back in 2011... I'm 8 years late in watching this.

Because I mentioned that I didn't like the last few minutes of the ending. I had to research to see if anyone else felt the same as I did. I found a clip from the writer, please read it. I am happy that Na Na and Yoon Sung did reunite at the end. You writers need to stop making these sorts of endings.

ENDING COMMENT BY WRITER: "Lee Yoon Sung' (Lee Min Ho). In the final scene, Yoon Sung and 'Na Na' (played by Park Min Young) were reunited in a happy ending, but some viewers were left to believe that Yoon Sung was actually a ghostly figure. However, the producer, Kim Yong Sup, stated to TVDaily on July 29th, "Yoon Sung is not dead". Kim Yong Sup elaborated, "Lee Yoon Sung (Lee Min Ho) sustained a bullet shot in the last episode, but after much time passes, he eventually meets Kim Na Na. He doesn't appear as a ghost as it was actually just a time jump that we had set up. Of course, I respect the arbitrary interpretation of the viewers. However, just the fact that Yoon Sung didn't die is, strictly speaking, the definition of a happy ending. The director and writer put in the scene with this as their mindset."

This movie stars 3 people that I love Wallace Chung, Lee Min Ho, and Tiffany Tang... The one thing I will never ever get used to is Wallace Chung playing a comedic character. He still looks good though! For me, Wallace Chung in the public view is a very serious and kind person so I don't think that part fits his persona. The storyline kind of reminded me of the "Joker". What I loved the most was the Martial Arts. That one last kick that Lee Min Ho did was I mean, wow, put goosebumps all over my arms. I know he has taken training in the Philippines. I would love to know more about his Martial arts. Thank you to the rest of the cast for making this movie. Great Job.

The storyline and the cast alone rated my 10! Woo Do-Hwan you were magnificent in the character you portrayed and convinced me of this tragedy. Yoo Ji Tae I love the character you portrayed as well. I wanted to give condolences that's how convincing you were. I wished the writer would've added to your story a little more regarding your character's wife and son. Ryu Hwa Young you also played a great character, wished the writers would've given you a little more romance with Woo Do-Hwan's character. oh well, you win some you lose some... The rest of the Mad Dog Team: Kudos to Pentium played by Kim Hye Sung, and Park Soon Jung played by Jo Jae Yoon! The music was on point. I love investigative work. I enjoyed this KDrama. This is the 4th KDrama I have watched in 2 days with Woo Do-Hwan in it. He will be on my fav Korean Actor's list even though I don't know if can sing, or do martial arts (but that backflip kick of his awesome)

I watch this when I heard Woo Do-Hwan was in this Kdrama. I loved the storyline, this may be a fictional story but this is a reality. Thank you for bringing awareness of these types of cults which should not be allowed anywhere. Thank you to the main leads and the supporting cast and others for making this believable.

This really happened in the United States I remember this very well. "The members of the group in 1997, identified by the authorities as Heaven's Gate, referred to themselves as angels, dressed alike in androgynous black clothes and buzz haircuts, and ran a business, Higher Source, that designed commercial home pages for the Internet. The co-founder of the cult, Marshall Herff Applewhite, 65, was among the dead, the San Diego County Medical Examiner's office said".

I really enjoyed this romantic comedy, drama and what a critical secret! I laugh so hard at some of the scenes, I cried at some of the scenes and was very glad that a fatal attraction female was not intervening with the two main characters like most dramas that I have viewed. The two main leads, I applaud you, what romantic chemistry with each other. Park Seo Joon and Park Min Young were fantastic! I give this a 10 because this drama succeeded in bringing out all of my emotions. Thank you, writers, producers, and the rest of the cast. Another awareness in this storyline which is when a child sees death in front of their eyes can be devastating and memories can linger on with PTSD until their demise. This brought me to heavy tears! It also taught me that even someone close to a child that is kidnapped that they go through some traumatic mental issues. Oh my gosh, that was a deep storyline! The other thing I am so glad about is that they hid the suicide scene, I wished they would've shown the woman just climbing onto the chair and not the rope. I hope KDramas, ChineseDramas, and other dramas would stop using suicide to solve one's problem. The suicide rate is high in the USA, China, Europe, and other continents!

Jung Hae In who played Yoo Ji Ho and Han Ji Min who played Lee Jung In romance chemistry is there, my problem with this romantic drama is the back n forth between these two. I'm not blaming the actor and actress but I am blaming the story writers. My other problem, the writers chose the female main lead to show tendencies of emotional abuse towards her partner in the present day which tapered towards the end to have a happy ending. Domestic Abuse is rated high in most countries presently. I know this is a story but stories project to the audience ideologies to commit abuse by copying a scene. Other than that the rest of the story was good. Thanking the cast for a job well done.

The Martial Arts though!

I love martial arts when I know the actor(s) are not faking the moves. That is what makes this movie great. I was impressed with Max Zhang, I even wished that Lee Joon Gi starred in this movie. A lot of great visual effects in this movie. It looks so real, the hits, the chops... all of it! The storyline with Max Zhang playing a father character he played made it so believable for a father who loves his son. The two different languages that are spoken or subtitled were done very well. I even got emotional in some of the scenes. I have seen Johnny Jaa in a lot of movies and "Rush Hour 3" is one of my favs. Love Jackie Chan although he didn't play in this movie but thought I would mention him.

I loved this so much! The first few episodes it was serious and I love the storyline. This gave me another chance to see one of my fav actors Ethan Ruan. He does comedy very well. The directors/writers had the right cast to showcase this drama series. Xin Ling Zhong, OMG, she was awesomely funny, I love her. It felt good to really laugh where your stomach hurts, this is a great comedy. It was also sad and like the American soap operas, there is always that snake to break up or harm a relationship. I took half of the points off the music because they played continuously. The chemistry was there in the Romance parts. Not like Legend of Fuyao, I'm being selfish right now... lol. Thanking the Director, and all of the cast including the guest cast! Thanking the team for makeup and costumes. No Martial arts that I love but the comedy was a plus.

It had an okay storyline but it surely was long. Thank God it was on YouTube! Let me start with the cast of Chen Xiao who played Shen Xing Yi, he played this part very well! I believe he deserved a 10 and should've been given a nomination or an award. I understand this drama had so many characters and they all played their part very well. There was a lot of mystery and you have to guess who did what and when. I wished they had more martial arts Kung Fu but they didn't. I didn't feel the chemistry in the romance, um, well it was just one-sided with Shen Xingyi I felt that he had chemistry with his character. I didn't like the sad ending. I wished it was a Happy Ending for him. Oh well, that's the way the cookie crumbles. I want to know more about Chen Xiao.

This Drama Series, I believe is the best I've seen in that the two Main Characters portrayed an emotion called "Agape Love". Thanks to Ethan Juan and Yang Mi, these two leads and two of my top 10 actors and actress, made this believable. The chemistry between Ethan Juan and Yang Mi was outstanding. The cast, the main leads, and the extra cast made this an epic storyline from the beginning episode to the ending episode. My emotions really ran high in this one anger, sad, joy, then balling my eyes out. The music didn't help at all! What I mean is the music for this drama piece made my emotions high and low. What great music for my ears! Ethan Juan and Yang Mi made this story as if it were a true story. Unbelievable!

I want to thank all the cast, the producers, the directors, the visual effects, the musicians and music creators, the makeup artists, the costumes... All of it! I give you your due respect! Awesome!

I want to thank the screenwriters for bringing awareness to rape.

I think I already wrote a review for this already, but don't see it.

It is outright astounding and brilliant, too.

The storyline with the present day was brilliant! I have a question for the Hair Team, was that Raymond Lam's real hair in the last episode? Anyways, The storyline didn't go back n forth as some do. I did take a point off of the storyline rating because you had Tina Tang play DongG kind of wavering at times in the personality of the character. If I could have another kid I would name him "Daišan", love that name. The costumes helped me get into the characters of that era, which is very good. I didn't notice any background music to busy being focused on the storyline but still rate it at 8. I loved the other characters of the 3 brothers but then I saw Qu Chu Xiao towards the end, he is one of my fav actors. Those eyes of his... unt uh uh. Thank you Rule the World team for a marvelous Drama Series.

I have to give the writer(s) their props in making this Drama Series! I have seen Wallace Huo play some serious martial art drama acting in other Drama Series and Movie that I've never seen him play in a romantic comedy. I laughed so hard in some of the scenes and in reality, I needed that laugh so THANK YOU WALLACE HUO for showing me a different side of you. The story in this Drama, I loved it! I'm glad that I was able to watch another actor play in this romantic comedy, Huang Ming, because when he played in the "Legend of Fuyao" as the half brother of Wu Ji, he played in a scene that molested Fuyao, and I hated HIM because he played it so believable. This Drama series showed a softer side of him. I'm a Rape Survivor!

Thank you, to all the team of "Perfect Couple", I enjoyed it and will rewatch it.

What did I just watch!

The only reason I'm hanging in there is because of William Chan and Tiffany Tang. I didn't like episode one at all! ugh... The first episode killed my mood! The 2nd episode killed my mood! The third and fourth when I saw William Chan made me feel a little better. I actually feel like I have the flu! Great actors and actresses in this BUT... help!!! Just want to say Li Yi Feng I like too. so there you have it. I can't... I really can't... make it to Episode 11... The storyline sucked. My heart aches now because I feel bad for William Chan, Tiffany Tang, and all of the cast. The Pain... ugh... Then I skipped all the way to the end. Whyyyyyyyyyy???

Incredible Fantasy ART

This storyline was awesome. The fantasy elements felt incredibly real — especially the body art and the face mask on Cheng Lei’s character, Jinan. Honestly, whoever wrote this has an exceptionally imaginative mind. At times it felt like Cheng Lei stepped straight out of the screen — almost 3D.

I’m still trying to figure out whose soul it belonged to and whether that character was immortal. That mystery stayed with me long after the episode ended. The writer truly should create another story centered on the supernatural warrior Cheng Lei portrayed — it was that good.

Song Yi was also excellent as a female warrior general. Though she’s a petite actress, she carried the role with strength and confidence and made it completely believable.

Everything worked together beautifully — the fantasy, the storyline, the music, and the sets were all perfectly balanced. And the horses… I loved them. The actors who rode them did a great job as well.

And I promise — I won’t mention Cheng Lei’s eyes. 😏
