I have really mixed feelings for this drama yet I couldn't rate it any less than a 10. It's very dark and most of the characters are unlikeable to some extent, but they a real, flawed people. This show plays with the concept of good and bad, and you empathize with both sides. There is no bad guy but everyone is a villain. It didn't pan out as I expected it to and there were constantly things going wrong. It was like watching someone's life spiral out of control in the most disastrous way possible. It's definitely not for everyone but for those who enjoy a more realistic show(not in terms of the storyline because of its not very realistic but in terms of outcome and raw emotion) then its definitely worth a watch. It seems like I'm complaining but to be honest, even though everything I didn't want to happen did happen, I couldn't stop watching. Just because it was harsh and the characters weren't pure, doesn't make it a bad show. In fact, I loved it.
This drama was beautiful, there is no other way to describe it. The camera work was breathtaking, with compelling shots and transitions. The story was carefully crafted, each small detail having adding grand significance to the final product. With tales of hatred and forgiveness, love and friendship, Hotel Del Luna used the dead to change the perspective of the living. Following the main character on her path to redemption was an emotional ride but I loved every minute of it. This is one of those shows that I will never forget.
Wow! I haven't watch a drama that left me wanting more in a long time. The main and side couple, all of the characters were wonderful developed. The friendships and feelings felt real. Story wise, it was unique, delivering all the way to the end. I can't even describe how much I enjoyed this drama. It is definitely one of my favorites.
This is one of those shows that I will never forget.
