lol, less than 1goldmine if she’s being generous, otherwise gold/landmine. I haven’t watched the video. But…
Yes GOT had a lot of issues but it had nothing to do with history, it was more about the unnecessary graphic scenes. With regards to it's accuracy, viewers didnt need a degree to know the show is not accurate to the times, the fashion in GOT is a complete mix of modern and medieval, one day the main characters wear conservative ancient gowns and the next day they are sporting Haute Couture from the MET Gala. No one was confused about these inconsistencies or thought about how English history was being portrayed, cus once again, Westeros is not a real place. Honestly, the problem with her review is that she sees the show from the point of view of a Chinese historian, when this story NOT MEANT to be a part of Chinese history. She has overall issues with suspending belief and when reviewing stories in "parallel worlds", this is necessary.

If the story was placed in a real dynasty yes I would agree with you, but its set in a made up era that the author dreamed up. The historical rules dont apply when the world is fantastical. As an example, Game of Thrones was inspired by the War of The Roses in 1400s England, so why do British not call it out for its innacuracies? Its because they understand that while Westeros is inspired by medieval times (knights, tourneys, etc), it is ultimately NOT England but a whole different realm.

It doesnt make sense to me why she spoke about history, this is a fantasy show. Bringing up historical accuracy to a fictional world is completely useless, its a like a Bridgerton fake, everyone knows that in cases like this the Director is allowed to take liberties in style and culture, its not meant to be a true portrayal of it's (fake) time LOL.
Are you delusional right now? “I never seen a man say yes she is serial killer but she is hot so it's ok na…
@Alila Nguyen Dont stress about this person, they clearly cant understand complicated stories/characters or separate fact from fiction. Trust me, this is a far from normal reaction to a tv show
Have you seen these pics of him? Imagine him as a business man in a modern drama, *faints*https://pin.it/4ZDkqz4https://pin.it/7zmYpEjhttps://pin.it/474KKMJhttps://pin.it/44wvRGF
