Guess I was wrong. Just finished the episode. They do live together. And she was just afraid that he wouldn't want the baby. I can kinda understand that. A baby changes everything. I cried when the husband was so happy.

I think it was one of those moments where she wasn't going planning on mentioning it but it just happened. I'm sure she's grappling with the fact that as a woman she'll have to give up a lot when she's pregnant. Not to mention that it's her body her choice. I'm sure she'll say it later to her husband. Plus, we don't know her and her husband's relationship? From what I saw from the episode that she may not live with him? It seems that she goes to dinner with her co-workers more than her husband. I'm sure there's a lot we don't know.
