Is that a good k drama ? Been meaning to watch but have been worried😩
Just for the second male lead it's worth it. I read the Webtoon so I knew the story beforehand but I like that the main couple is pretty unconventional and the although the male lead appears perfect he also has a lot of flaws. But be prepared most were disappointed with the ending 😬
tw: sexual assault / abuse i'm not sure what episode you're at, but episode 15 confirms he's her boyfriend or…
thank you for clearing that up! yeah I saw that episode after this comment. In the back of my head I thought maybe, just was kinda hoping it wasn't a case of that. hope she gets justice :(
I've heard quite a lot of praises about this drama. Just finished watching and here are my honest opinions on…
I really agree with you on everything. I loved the first few episodes but as it went on I felt it dragged and found myself not wanting to watch the next episode because I was bored and could see where it was going. The plot twists I predicted way before they actually happened and I saw many others predicted it too. I felt like the story was lacking and it felt like a lot of build up to a very anti climatic climax. I mean like what was that final altercation with the main villain, she managed to hide her identity this whole time and you're telling me she couldn't come up with a better plan to kill them.
Haha I loved the throwing away his gift, that was savage. I really hope the series goes in the other way soon were ML has to try and win back FL, and we see the FL and SML relationship build initially
Ngl, I would literally accept anyone other than the writer being her baby daddy (and eventually the one she ends up with) even though he's the obvious one
Cheese in the trap has been one of my favourite dramas despite the issue with it but I have to say that this movie really changed my outlook on the characters. The film being a bit more mature helped me to understand the characters better and made me see more of the darker side of things. And although I think Oh Yeon Seo plays a rather pretty and delicate Seol (like the comments about her hair being 'Dog Fur' didn't really work anymore since it looked immaculate for most of the film) I kinda liked her representation better, I got more of the vibe of Seol being intelligent, and careful with her words and actions. And In Ha's character was much better portrayed in the movie, honestly, when I rewatch the drama I tend to skip most of her scenes because of how annoying she was. I love both PKW and SKJ but I will say that SKJ just makes you fall in love with the character and had so much chemistry with the lead compared to the movie. I felt the movie was closer to what I read in the webtoon. I would say if you really enjoyed the drama and are wanting some sort of extension of that, then you won't enjoy this film. But if you can look at the film with new eyes, you might appreciate it more.
Literally, as soon as I read the title I thought Gangnam Beauty and Itzura na Kiss. So glad they're in this one! I like the one in Gangnam Beauty the most because she isn't interfering in her kid's life and lets him live it.
Does anyone know what Go Mi Nam's highschool friend is called in real life? The one who is studying to become a pharmacist. I got Kim Dong Yeon from somewhere but it's hard to find any information or TV shows he's been on.
Jane The Virgin has a lot of hispanic (not sure if I got that right?) culture and it's a bit tellanovella-esque, not sure how a remake would be without all that, would it be Jane The Virgin?
