Yup, it would've been nice. But, since Fu Sheng was occupying his body most of the time, not sure how it would have worked out.

One of the best romance Xanxia dramas I’ve seen till date! No unnecessary plots, misunderstandings, or miscommunication. Chemistry was on point. Lin Geng Xin and Zhao Yi Ling nailed their roles, actually all of actors did a fabulous job. Furong Jun has the biggest growth. Loved the dramas, it’s going to take a while before I watch something as good as this.

Seriously, as you watch further, you’ll see his role progress even more. Profound writing and acting.

I think it does. They look the same, talk, emote, feel and behave the same. He has two identities. It obviously leaves her flustered and anxious at the same time. I’m looking forward to when he accepts he’s the same person to her.

When does she realise Xingyun and Xing Zhi are the same person?

This drama had good potential. The first two episodes were golden. They didn't even explain why he left her to die. Very disappointing production and lazy writing.

I must say the 'surprise' really worked. One of the most abrupt I've seen till today. Luckily I wasn't very invested in this series.
