My statement has less to do with how wrong or correct their kissing is but on the statement made by the director and me going "well I haven't seen any French kissing in here" it could be a miss translation in language and cultural barrier but I stand by this fact... But if it's not a miscommunication my recommendations still stand.

I am not saying their kisses are bad, but listening to the director asking Ollie about French kisses makes me wonder if he himself understands what a French kiss is??... They most watch BossNuel/A winters sun / her private life for educational purposes... For a first time everyone in this show truly placed the right bet.
When people would complain abput this show and the movie being acted i wouldnt know what to say, because that is the connection and many people have analyised so i wont beat a dead horse even more... I know alot of things have happened in this show but two moments made truly feel like I was falling deeper with the characters...
1) I think this was the ending of episode 7 (can't remember) when fang chi and Gao are on the phone and fang chi manages to get Gao to talk to him jonestly. They moment he (fang chi) put his phone on speaker and had this look that said "I have him right we're I want hime, let the games begin" even I resettled myself ready to see the master manipulator at play and then CUT the episode ends, I wish there was a camera to see my disbelief.... This director drew me in the entire episode had me invested to the point I even forgot about how long the episode was and the dropped me out of nowhere 😅😅😅😅😅... Every time time I think about that scene I think to myself this is how good the drama is, to catch me off guard who can't concentrate and is always fast forwarding no matter how short a video is...
2) the scene in episode 8 directly after fang chi punches that guy... Did no one else feel weird about that scene?? The whiplash my brain had because I thought that was a bts of ZX and ZZ after acting and how confused I felt when they were still in the movie, I felt like I had skipped a scene or something and re winded trying to figure out what felt wrong.... And then discovered it was on purpose, the director made the grading of this scene which is always the cold blue color warm and yellow like the series, not only are the characters mixing up the movie and real life we are being made to mix up the movie and the series...
Either way one last thing ZZ deserves a slap from his girlfriend, and NO the have not broken up the fought twice once because she came all the way and called all night and he didn't even pick up and two because she feels like they are drifting apart and is feeling insecure... ALL VALID feelings for someone Ina three year relationship who are talking about marriage and the guy is suppose to come home and see your parents after finally get a role that pays well and might be his big break...
This is why they keep telling women DON'T BUILD A MAN UP... wasted years of supporting his dream only for this nonsene.... 😒😒😒

Ps: A second season isnt needed just that small fight on the roof and the a car ride with handcuffs aren't enough, I wanted to see more of the emotional turmoil thiu would go through as he slowly realised what kan Has done and the fact that he has no evidence I want that angst and also to see him battle with himself, his beliefs, his mother's death and his love and then slowly come to a conclusion and after watching him suffer I wanted to be relieved with him when kan sais "I will do it if you aks him"
