Yes, the acting does get a little bit better at the end of the series, tho the editing and the flow of the story make it hard for me to like the show lol

The acting toward the end did improve a little bit. at least better than the beginning of the ep where everything seems so force/mechanical and unnatural. I think the actors got to embrace and learn more about their characters as the shooting goes. I did skip a lot of scenes in every eps, enough to just get the sense of what's going on.

While i do applause the director for giving us new universe/storyline for BL ( Which I love), I do wish for an improvement in the the music/sound effect, the editing and the flow of the plot. It's not the worst, yet it also is not the best BL out there as well. This can be the beginning of something new for Thai BL so I'll take it lol

Progress EP2 Review:

It's very refreshing to finally see some new BL universe storyline that doesn't centered around university, and I absolutely adore crime investigation series! So I'm glad that we're diving into something like this!

However, I'm on the second ep now, and I have to say I'm a bit disappointed with the acting, not just the main actors but some of the supporting as well. I, especially love Max and Tul from 'Together with Me', They were amazing! Both their acting and their chemistry, that's why I look forward to this show very much when I found out that they're starring in another show together and with more romance as well only to ended up very disappointed. Yet, with ep 1 &2, I just don't see the spark that I found in TWM , and the acting and the terrible editing kinda throw me off so I'm also reluctant to continue as well.

Am I the only one who feel like this?

EDIT: I skipped to EP11 and the acting improve alot from the 1st ep so I'll keep watching it for now

WTF I cannot believe I held off on this series for years. I just binge watched all 3 series the whole day until morning AND I HAVE A PRESENTATION EARLY IN THE MORNING! That's how good this is! Everything about this a so amazing! The story, the pace, the ACTORS, the chemistry , even the supporting actors are so brilliant. This is the BEST BL I've ever watched! (when UWMA was a hard one to surpassed too!) The couple suits each other very well. They just fit. And god bless Artrit was being able to put up with Kong's cheesiness and all the flirts lmao. Even though we all know he secretlys love it xD

When I saw the trailer, I did not expect that much from this series. But God does it blow me away and captivate me since the first episode. The casts are excellent and they did such an amazing job. The male leads are perfect. They both portray their characters so well and have such a great chemistry with each other, esp Gi Chan. I really love his expressive eyes. They both conveyed the micro expressions so well huhuhu

I decided to drop at around ep 8 I guess? When her character come on, I mostly have to skip forward. I might pick it up again for our wonderful MLs. Although I do keep up with short clips of the coming eps. I do like th series very much. The story, the production, the actors and their chemistry are top-notch esp QCS and LY. I love them both so much huhuh. The actors did amazing job portraying them. (Lowkey they have so much more chemistry and more couple potential than with the FL lmao)

I dropped this wonderful series because I couldn't stand the FL character.

I've always love Chinese drama esp those that are set in the past. I've actually gave it a try a few days back, but I couldn't help but skip forward in every eps until I could no longer take it and have to dropped it at Ep8. No offense, I cant help but feel like it's a typical ML with heroism, have to be save by others, easily persuaded and the character Fatty is too annoying. I might give the latest one a try in a couple of months/years. ><

FINALLY! A drama where the FL and ML are not dumb, easy to be manipulated and those cliche love. We finally have our Power Couple who are smart, caution, calculative and realistic.

This drama deserves to be one of the best in year and this decade! <3
