Once again I find myself focusing on the romance 🙈 episode 8 had a lot of moments that showed us KS has fallen for TY. Even the other boxer has started to noticed. Now we just need KS to realize her feelings, which going by the preview, she's starting to figure it out since she hates the thought of TY not being by her side. I heard in the novel she confessed her feelings when they were boxing. I can see why they decided not to include that part in the drama since she just had a break up and he just lost his best friend.
After the 3 day weekend break I seem to have lots interested. These 3 episodes from this week have been more of a background noise cause I keep getting distracted and have no desire to go back and see what I missed. Not sure why. Hopefully I start paying more attention since we don't have many episodes left.
Hopefully they tell us why he killed her. He's been in love with DH for years but something must've happened for him to kill her. I think the voice that we hear when he's talking to SH was the dead girl and she said he should forget about DH so maybe she found out he was in love with DH and was going to tell him. Maybe she told him he would never have DH which made him angry. I want them to show us the complete flashback. Previews are always misleading so I don't think SH was about to tell DH that she lost her powers. It was just shown like that for dramatic effect.
I just saw the teaser and it looked interesting so I came to find out more about it. Is this going to be one of those long dramas? Or the usual 16 episodes?

From what I heard in the novel she confessed her feelings on a scene that was on today's episode. I'm guessing because in the drama she just broke up with her ex it might have been too soon to add that.
TY should've talked to KS first about moving to the US before meeting up with those people. I kind of agree with TY that a part of KS wants to continue boxing, but she has only known the bad side of it so a different environment might change her mind, but he went about it the wrong way. Glad KS finally knows JM was only with her because he wanted something from her. I heard that an important scene between TY and KS should happen in ep 8 if they followed the novel. Something that has to do with the romance between them, but I have a feeling the drama might leave that part of the story until the very end. TY was pretty much forced into this illegal stuff so it's sad that after everything he has done to help his friend he ended up losing him.
JC was the one in love with DH's ex girlfriend, the one stalking her and the one who got the matching ring. DC is always the one getting his brother out of problems so he's the one that actually killed the ex girlfriend because JC probably made another mistake with the ex. So I'm imagining DH and his ex at the beach. She cuts her wrist. DH leaves her there. JC arrives soon after (that's who the witness saw). He probably tried to take advantage of the ex's vulnerable state but she was having none of that. They were arguing when DC arrives, he hits her on the head and she dies. They panic and bury her body with the ring so if she's ever found the blame will go to DH. I might be completely wrong, we'll see.
Now that it's over I will say that not once did I feel like YD was in love with TK. I could feel it a little bit from TK, but not much. For me, the chemistry wasn't there. Even the kisses felt forced, but anyway! It's done.
After taking the average of the rating I gave each episode it came out to about 8.5 so I'm leaving that. I did enjoy 30+ episodes and the last 20 or so we're not too bad even with all the frustrating moments.
Congratulations everyone! We made it to the end! This was my first 50 episode ongoing weekend drama, it was frustrating at times but not too bad. I think I'll give Uee's drama a try.
