Just finished it. I can't believe I put it off this long. I was glad to see how they always talked about what they were thinking and feeling. They stayed together through the obstacles and I was loving it! Then of course they just had to add the breakup like they always do (at least most of the time) in dramas. I was so angry at his mom. I know she's worried and she has the right to be, but her getting involved was not the way to help. He's old enough to make his own decisions. He knows is going to be difficult and he doesn't care...but she had to go and ruin things. I'm glad things worked out in the end for them. They were honestly a very cute couple. Glad I changed my mind and took a chance at this drama.
Wow the mom of the 'victim' is scary. I get that she wants to protect her daughter but from the way it looked to me she's overdoing it. He may have been a bad guy before but it seems like he did fall in love this time. She knew since the beginning about his past and didn't care, she still fell in love but sadly she wasn't able to help him.
OMG!! Our lead couple!!! I actually screamed when she kissed him, I have never done that before. When I saw the pictures they released I thought they would get interrupted or she was going to kiss his cheek but nooooo she went for it! She may not be able to hold his hand for more than a few seconds but it looks like kissing is not a problem. I like how he was letting her take the lead, he wasn't forcing her at all, just letting her take her time.
Looks like we'll be getting cute secret office romance in the next episode.
As for the biological mom...I hate her. I should've know she would try to send her away but I wanted to give her the benefits of the doubt.
I fall in love more and more with this drama every time I watch a new episode
I get and understand why he did it cause I felt so bad for those kids. They're taking away their childhood but it's still wrong what he did.
I didn't think Woo would be thinking about JH not responding to her confession. I honestly thought she forgot, but I was wrong. It was cute seeing her being nice to JH and him being all confused.
JH hesitating to confess his feelings is understandable. He knows things are not going to be easy. This isn't going to be like any other relationship he might have had before. He didn't want to just jump into it without thinking of the consequences. The moment he figured out this is something he truly wants, that his feelings are serious and real he couldn't wait any longer. His confession was such a cute scene and I think we all know she's most likely going to run away again...which is ok, this is a new feeling for her and in her life she probably never thought someone might like her romantically.
From the preview it looks like they'll get a case that's going to make her realize some stuff about their relationship that she didn't think about. Hopefully instead of hurting them it can help them make what they have something stronger.
The reason why I started this one was because of the age gap since I'm in a relationship were there's a big age difference.
At the beginning of the serie you can see that Ton is attracted to her since the moment he saw her. He kept flirting with her but she never showed any interest in him at all. Them "sleeping together" when they were drunk didn't even seem believable to me. On top of that, they even gave us a fake kiss cause you can clearly see it was all angles, but its ok is not like I'm watching this for the kiss scenes.
Anyway, as I was saying she didn't seem interested in him at all. It was until he started ignoring her that she looked annoyed. Throughout the series they didn't look like 2 people in a relationship. I feel like the problem was not in the story, but more like the actors not being comfortable around each other to be able to act like 2 people falling in love. I could be wrong, but that's what it felt like to me.
Even with all of that, I still think the story is cute and I did like it...I was just expecting a little more. I'm giving it an 8 cause it did keep me entertained.
And its over. I actually liked it. I don't think there was an episode where I felt bored. To me it didn't feel draggy.
I cried with him when they found his sister and dad. They're finally able to come home.
I know some are wondering why the killer did all of this. I think some killers don't have an actual reason to kill someone other than just doing it because they want to. In this case it was easy to get 2 girls with the help of the stalker. Some wonder why he didn't do it again during those 18 years...I don't remember the episode or his exact words but I think he said he was controlling his urges (maybe cause now people actually knew him in the neighborhood) but they were coming back and he didn't want to stop himself anymore.
The ost playing when GH is in the car talking with his mom, you can hear a little girl singing too. Has it always been like that and I never noticed?? Or did they have the twin sister sing it too just for that scene??
Who is the main lead, i don't understand...Daniel or yoon su
I think the lead would be Daniel. If you're talking about romance from what I heard the webtoon doesn't have it. I've seen some comment that if they do include romance in the drama it seems it would be Yoon Su, but who knows.
I heard about this drama about 2 years ago and I thought about watching it because of Park Bo Gum but in the end I didn't because I had just finished watching Moonlight Drawn by Clouds and I wasn't ready to see him with someone else 😅 plus there was something about the actress playing the fl that I didn't like. I don't know what or why cause I've never heard of or seen her before. Anyway, I ended up watching Now We Are Breaking Up when it aired and I didn't mind seeing her in it. So now that I'm going through my planning to watch list I decided to finally give this one a try. I'm mainly watching it for Bo Gum but I'm hoping this turns out to be a drama I like.
Can someone tell me what letter Mudeok actually gave Jang Uk? Wasn't it an announcement for the recruitment of…
Yes, but it was the meaning behind the announcement that makes it her love letter to him. She's telling him she will fight and do everything she can to be by his side again.
As I was watching ep 13 I felt like I wanted to cry. Seeing Babi's dad approve of Yumi and actually end up liking her as his daughter in law ended up being a sad moment for me. I got teary eyed when I saw how Babi was so lovingly caring for Yumi when she was sick. The crying actually happened when I saw how happy they were talking about their wedding in Hawaii. She looked so excited which hurt me cause I already knew what was coming. Part of me was hoping they would change that part from the webtoon. I understand that she shouldn't stay with Babi if she doesn't love him anymore but why couldn't she realize that before meeting Babi's dad?? Or better yet, before accepting the marriage proposal? I saw some saying Babi should've deleted Daeun's number. The way I saw it...when he said goodbye to Daeun he completely put her out of his mind that it probably didn't even cross his mind that he still had her number saved on his phone cause at that moment all he was focusing on was his breakup with Yumi. It bothered me that she was ok with meeting Woong even after she got back together with Babi knowing Woong still had feelings for her and wanted to get back together. Babi was the one always trusting her but sadly she couldn't do the same and ended up falling out of love so easily.
It seems like in these last 2 ep I just kept crying because I felt so bad for Babi. I cried when he sent that text during the wedding. Cried when he says goodbye at the airport because my heart kept breaking for him. He loved her until the very end. I'm glad she knows and accepts that it was Babi who always supported her and encouraged her. I'm also glad to see that at least in the drama they are able to remain in good terms and continue having, I guess you can say, a friendship.
But even with my heart broken I can say I'm glad I watched season 2 and if they ever do decide to make a season 3 I will watch it.
Maybe I talked more about Babi than Yumi but like I said my heart was with Babi these last 2 episodes. I know it might not sound like it but I am happy for Yumi. I'm glad she got to make her dream come true.
After 2 hours of watching spoilers I don't know what I'm feeling.
I didn't read the webtoon but it seems kind of unfair for the fans of SR that he was only shown for a few seconds at the very end and you can't even see his face. He is the one for Yumi and yet we most likely won't get to see their story. I mean, they gave to Babi a lot of important moments that were from SR and they didn't even end up together so why do that??

This whole time I just thought the dad was somewhere out there still looking for his daughter it didn't even cross my mind he was killed too oops!!

For now I'll just wait for the subs.
