I usually focus on watching dramas that are currently airing, but I've been going through my list and watching dramas that already aired. This is one I've been wanting to watch for about 3 years and I was finally able to.
I knew it had a sad ending. I knew they would both die, I just didn't have the details. I tried to prepare myself for what was to come, but I was still not ready. That ending hurt. I wanted them to be happy...but as weird as it may be, it was a 'beautiful' and poetic ending. She said it a few times, that she couldn't live without him and in the end he died first and she followed him. I would have disliked a character like Moon Young in any other drama, but in this one I kept being drawn to him. In Guk acted so well that he made me like MY. The chemistry between the leads is one of the best ones I've seen. Every emotion they had seemed so real.
I cried when they were looking at each other while dying, I cried with the letter MY left, I cried when he said he started to breathe again when he met her and that flashback scene of the moment they were happy together was the perfect way to end it.
That cat analogy was inappropriate to autistic people and lame. But that whole break-up drag was lame to begin…
I don't get how it was inappropriate. Sometimes they need to explain things to her because she doesn't know and he did it in a way she would understand. She's always using whales to explain and compare others so Junho decided to use a cat instead of a whale.
I forgot the character's name so I'll call him Celebrity. When he first showed up and I saw how annoying he was I just knew he would end up falling for Se Hee. I was even more sure when he arrived at the Hospice. His manager/driver mentioned that he falls in love quickly, but I'm guessing this time it'll be different. He'll fall in love with her and then get his heartbroken when she's gone...that will make him change.
I truly enjoyed ep 4. Love the bickering between the leads that's now making them catch feelings for each other. I also love Ms. Yeom Soon Ja and how she's not giving up on Gyeo Re.
I read some comments and some didn't like the ending while others did. As for me, I liked it. I liked how her brother already knew about her and went to her for help. I'm hoping we get to see him in season 2. It would be nice if they get to spend time together and get to know each other. Happy Woo and Junho got back together cause I didn't want an open ending for them. I do wish we could've seen Junho and her dad together. I was looking forward to them meeting each other. Loved when Woo told TS that her life might be unusual and peculiar, but it was valuable and beautiful. So glad it never crossed her mind to actually go to Boston cause I was worried we might get one of those endings where one of them leaves and then we get the '...years later'
I'm kind of sad to see it end, but I'm happy with the ending. Since season 2 is going to be until 2024 I'm hoping the story also takes place 2 years later so we can see how things are going for her at work and her relationship.
That Attorney Jang kept getting on my nerves and making me angry! Everything kept going wrong with the case because of him.
I'm glad Woo finally told Junho the reason why she ended things. Now it's up to Junho to make a decision.
I was suspecting the hacker will be her brother since early on in the series it was mentioned that he's always in his computer. I was wondering when he would show up, but didn't think it would be until the last episode.
Ok so I thought maybe they would have DW not know he was gopuri. I said double identity last time, but not sure if that's the correct term for it. But I was wrong, he actually knows he's been killing people and it's just his childhood memory that was distorted. Lowkey hoping HJ and the team have already discovered the truth and are setting up a trap for DW. When HJ and JH were talking alone outside the police station I think they came up with the plan to trap him. She had to act disappointed so that he could mention the documents in front of DW. She also has to look disappointed during the murder scene to make DW believe that she does believe HJ killed her. The preview also make it seem like HJ already knows.
Ok so from the pictures Wang was looking at (none showed his dad's face) I'm guessing he looks exactly like his dad which is why In was surprised/shocked when he saw him.
My theory is that In and the dad might have been in love. When he got a divorce he was on his way to meet In so they could finally be together but the accident happened and he died. If that ends up being true, I don't know how to feel about In starting a relationship with Wang. If they truly do look alike is he confusing his feelings because he remembers the dad or will he truly be in love with Wang??
Editing this cause I forgot to say that I'm sure Wang planned everything, the whole getting lost. He's probably been curious about In and since the pictures only show In's face and not his dad's he might have developed a crush.
Like others, I knew it since he first showed up. There were moments were I doubted it, but always came back to suspect him. Now, is this one of those were he has a double identity? When he was talking to his brother outside the police station and when they went to his old house and he started getting these images and a headache it made me think that maybe DW doesn't know he is gopuri. That's how it seems to me. DW is truly trying to help them catch gopuri without knowing the truth.
who is the main male lead ??i didn't watch the kdrama yet but i've seen some tiktok videos about it and she looked…
The webtoon didn't have romance so we don't know who will be the love interest. She's had some "moments" with JY but so far it seems like he's the one catching feelings but not her. With JH there hasn't been any, but ep 6 kind of hinted that it bothered him seeing her with JY. So I honestly don't know, but I'm hoping JH stays as her mentor.
Ji Hyung is Ma-eum's mentor from what we have been shown so far - why are we even expecting romance on that end?…
Yes, but it seems like with ep 6 they want to start hinting at him starting to have feelings. There were 2 scenes...the one where he sees her and JY having coffee and when he's at the bar wondering why the 2 of them were together. Honestly to me it felt kind of wrong (that's how it made me feel). I want him to stay as her mentor.
And It's over. I'm glad they made this new version cause we got a few more details and we actually got to meet their parents and Yoo which was something I liked from the novel. VeeMark was my favorite couple out of the 3 so I'm sad it's over. Looking forward to Yoo's story.
This one so far hasn't grabbed my attention like her other dramas but I still like it so I'll continue watching it.
I did love the end scene with her dad. The way she tried to make him see and understand her decision.
The preview is trying to make it seems like JY sent some important information that would hurt the team but I think it's just misleading us and the one that actually sent it is Kwon (I think that's his name).
Now, talking about the possible romance...the more I watch, the less likely it seems JH will be a love interest. I just don't see it. To me it looks more like it'll be with JY. They're slowly getting closer. If something does happen I think it'll be until the very end.
The leads were cute and the episodes kept be entertained but... Since this was only 8 episodes I think they wasted too much time keeping them separated. We only get to see them as a couple during the last few minutes of the last episode.
I mean K even invited Y to his home and then left him alone the whole night and didn't even come home the next day. Even when he gets to work with that other guy it seemed like he completely forgot about Y until he saw him.
At the end of each episode they kept teasing us with their hands and then when they're finally going to kiss their lips barely touch and then it's over, that was a bit disappointing.
