Too late to drop with just 2 episodes left, but I want it to be over already. Guess I'm just not seeing why he's so worth it, why she keeps taking him back.
Thank you for loving someone like me? When exactly?
They made me dislike the ml so much that no matter what they try to show me now I still won't be able to like him enough to want him with EH. I know it won't be with JY so I prefer if she stays alone and gets better on her own (with therapy too of course)
Amazing acting from LSY during the breakup scene, it made me cry but I feel like I cried more for MJ. I know many are hating him but for some reason I just can't. I felt so bad for him cause even though the signs were there he still had hope of making CH happy. Then hearing from the person he loves that even if they had dated before, were married and had children her heart would drop for J, that hurt...I felt that. That was almost like a "I would abandon you and our children for him in a heartbeat." At least it happened now and not after they got married because he can now go to the States and start a new life.
I really don't see how things can get solved with just one episode. The lack of communication it's still there, the problems between them are still there. So I would prefer an open ending more than them getting back together.
So the drunk "couple" is going to end up with an unplanned pregnancy which is actually something she will be happy about since she's been wanting a baby.
9 episodes in but I haven't warmed up to any of the characters. I don't really care about any of them.
I didn't think this drama would make me cry but ep 7 got to me. Part of me was hoping her son was still alive. For them to use the amnesia plot that dramas love using to explain why he didn't go looking for them.
To me both EH and JY have a lot of issues to deal with and heal from, mentally/emotionally, but it's stuff that I think they can overcome with a lot of therapy. I'm not saying together, but I feel like they can get through it whether together or individually.
As for HO, nothing so far has made me like him. Nothing in his past has made me feel like his actions are understandable. Maybe others feel differently, but for me he's someone EH should stay away from.
Not sure if I'm completely wrong but JY's conversation with HY about being able to have two people in his heart makes me think that maybe he realized he could get to know EH too. That she might be someone he could also care for and that might be why he's going to look for her.
From 'The Sound of Your Heart' to 'Love Next Door' this was the first drama of hers I skipped. I was going to watch it while it was ongoing but at that time I was watching way too many and didn't have time to fit this one. Finally after 4 years I'm going to start it. I saw a lot of mixed comments so let's see how it goes.
Because this version is only 16 episodes they did remove a lot of the more emotional trauma with the mom and didn't go into full detail of how the 3 of them ended up getting closer, but I think they showed enough for viewers to feel it even if they didn't see it.
This is definitely moving faster so I'm guessing the next 2 episodes will cover the last part of the past so that we get present time from 5-16. That's just my guess, I could be wrong.
just watched episode 1, so what kind of accident did the sister suffer? does it say on chinese version or episode…
In the Chinese version the mom was invited to go out and play mahjong so she left her 2 kids all alone in the house and locked the door from the outside so they couldn't get out. When they were alone they started eating some walnuts and the little girl got one stuck in her throat and couldn't breathe. He wasn't able to go out and ask for help and the little girl ended up dying.

Even though I like J and CH, I'm not sure they should be together.
