I was holding this series out for a while because of the comments and reviews there were, but I actually liked this series. I liked Drake and Frank's chemistry in this. I do wish the plot was more developed and there weren't as many plot holes. I also wished it could've been a bit longer so there weren't a whole bunch of plot holes, but it was really adorable to watch. Now I get why people say Drake and Frank as an underrated BL couple. I recommend watching this series for the heck of it. It isn't as serious as other series that's why.
I think I like this series more than other people. I really loved Chompoo's character. Maybe it's because I really related to her. The other characters were okay, but maybe it's because I love all the actors and actresses that I was okay with their characters. The story line is okay, don't expect any on edge drama, but there is just enough drama to keep the series going. The story could've been more developed, but I liked it and it was okay. The ending wasn't great, I feel like it could've been wrapped up better, but again like I've already said, it was okay.
Don't expect too much from this series. It isn't for everyone. But try give it chance and see if you like it.
I'm just gonna be plain out honest, I only watched this because of Bank. The acting was pretty okay, but the problem was the English dubbing. The dubbing was really bad. Again, I only bared with the short series because the acting wasn't that bad. Story wise, the plot was pretty okay. Like most people, I can see this being more for children. So don't expect that much from this series. It was an okay one too quickly pass the time.
It took me a while to get into this series. But I'm glad I finally picked up again after a few attempts of watching it. This series I feel like most people can relate to, I know I did. It made me reflect back on high school and things that's happened. The good and the bad things. I think this is a good series if you want a good coming of age and drama type of story, if not, this drama isn't really for you.
I just wanted to say I only really watched this for the cast, especially for Bank and James. The drama was really short and I guess they tried to portray a fling realistically. Mean and Jeang were really the ones that gave the drama flavor. There were some plot holes in my opinion, but I guess they wanted us to leave it open to the viewers, specifically to Jook. It was an okay drama, but it does feel incomplete in my opinion.
They never clearly state they were dating, but I guess it's safe to assume that they are. It was pretty clear that they liked each other and everyone knew. Tee's sister and their friends literally saw them as dating even if it wasn't clearly said. Plus, by the last episode, Tee did ask Papaeng on a date (which if I remember correctly they'd promise to go to the zoo together).
This drama is one of those like it or you don't. I enjoyed this drama quite a bit. Don't really expect a huge storyline with a whole lots of twist and turns. I think this drama was supposed to showcase the BNK48 members, which it did quite well of. A mix of the first and second generation members. If you were to ask me which drama is most similar to this, it'd be The Gifted and Blacklist. The plot is not as developed as The Gifted or Blacklist, but again for what it was I enjoyed it. You will cringe quite often, but that's the charm of it.
This movie was a bit hard to follow at times. I thought it was more comedy based then horror, but that might just be me. I would say this is one of those movies that if you haven't got anything to watch, watch it. I mean, it wasn't that bad.
Not gonna lie, I did almost dropped this drama. I only pushed through because the cast was amazing at playing their characters. Park Solomon was particularly amazing in my opinion. The plot was alright. They dragged on certain parts that don't really relate at the end. The main character Tuo Wen Shuai got onto my nerves a lot because he didn't have any actual development until the truth came out towards the ending. If you want to watch this drama, for what it is it's pretty good, so if you want, I'd give it a go.
I think I liked this lakorn more than most people. I will say some parts are quite slow and did drag on longer than I'd like. I really liked the main female and male lead. I loved the chemistry. For once I actually like a female lead from start to finish. I guess it's because I liked what she stood for and her morals. The ending though seemed kind of rushed. It was a good and nice ending, but I wish it didn't end the way it did. I think it could've ended a whole lot better. In all again I liked and enjoyed it. I prefer this lakorn over others. Like I always say with every drama I watch, I may like it, but it might not be for everyone. Just take that into consideration when watching this.
For those wondering if this is a good series, I certainly enjoyed it. Personally I'd give it a 10/10, but I respect if you don't give it that high of a rating. The plot line will most likely put you off, but I liked it. I liked the ending as well. I will say if you consider watching this, keep an open mind and try understand where all the characters are coming from because if not you'll probably not like it that much.
In my opinion I enjoyed the movie. The plot line was simple and straight forward, but I liked it. If you assume this movie will be like Train to Busan, it's not. I can see this movie not being for everyone, but if you're like me that likes zombie movies and non annoying characters, I would give this movie a chance.
I watched this drama off the whim and all I have to say is that it was okay. It was quite predictable, but I didn't hate it. I wish there was more character development on the main character and it would've been nice if they went more in depth with certain things, but they didn't. This is one of those dramas that if you don't have anything left to watch and you finally watch it. My expectations for this drama wasn't that high and I was right to not have that high of expectations. Again, it wasn't the worst thing I've ever watched, but I didn't care for it that much.
This drama is either you like it or you don't. Personally I really only watched it because it has a lot of my favorite Thai actors. The storyline was too slow for my liking though. Usually I don't really care about pacing of dramas, but there are some parts that go extremely slow and then some parts that happen in a blink of an eye (specifically the ending, but this is just my opinion). If you are looking for real quick development of the characters or characters changing, this drama isn't that bad.
If you're gonna watch this drama, watch it with an open mind. It's okay for what it is. I will say I wish there was more depth or background for certain characters, but other than that it's an okay show. The end in my opinion was more of an open ending, I didn't hate it. If you're looking for a drama that has crime, but has a lot of comedy, this isn't that bad of a drama to try out.
Also Tachibana Tsubaki was the last subject? I was kind of confused as to why she was a subject? Can anyone clarify…
I was not expecting her to be the last test subject as well, but I think she was one of the test subjects because it seemed like she's never dated or been in love like the rest of the girls. From what I can tell, they wanted an outside view and a non-biased one on the other girls relationships. They made her do all the field work because they wanted to know her opinions and how she would help the situation even if it was at a distance. Like you said, they probably wanted her to believe in love. Showing her the different sides of love and relationships, all the good and bad.
And I have to agree with you, I wish Tachibana would've ended up with Kobayashi or at least have her somehow fall in love with someone throughout the show. She deserved something at the very end instead of her contract ending and her working hard. This makes me think that she might've also been a test subject because she's kind of a workaholic and has no love life like the other subjects. Again, I wish she would've had her own storyline instead of just observing. But that's what you kind of expect for a short drama like this
