Thank God they made the Tsundere the 2nd ML. Dramas are finally turning around from that toxic, overused trope.

Contrary to most of the comments, I liked this ending because it's different. Jiang Chen and Ren Jiatong were both exceptional candidates, neck and neck, so the ending made sense to me. The only thing that felt rushed to me was Guo Xiao Yu leaving abruptly. Everyone else had a storyline when they left. On another note, everyone who was to be "eliminated" left on their own accord, so was it really a competition? lol.

The FL's name is Lin Qi Le. It is explained in the first episode that her birth name was Ying Tao that means cherry in Mandarin Chinese but when she started school the teachers recommended for her name to be changed. They thought "Cherry" was too simple of a name so her parents change her name from Lin Ying Tao to Lin Qi Le. Her friends and the people close to her still call her Cherry but to the public her name is Qi Le. I guess you can say Cherry is a nickname now.

Honami is indeed annoying but in the OG Korean version, Soo A is BIG attention seeking pick me energy x12. I'm glad this is only 10 episodes and 30 minutes each or else it would be so unbearable for me to watch😖.

I give this drama a 9.5/10. I wish they expanded a little more on the romance or at least college life. The best part for me was when the grandfather died because it became a little peaceful and when Qing Yu's mom slapped the aunt upside the head for slandering Bei Yu. That was a long time coming and she did what needed to be done.

I wish someone would attempt to separate my child from me and dictate their upbringing. That would be their last day on earth! Bei Yu's paternal grandparents offered to take her away and that spineless excuse of a father let them even when his wife was against it. May in-laws like these NEVER find me🙏🏾.

Don't forget Mai Cheng Huan's mother in Best Choice Ever. She is the most overbearing, nosy, inconsiderate and meddling mother I have ever seen in Cdrama land imo.

I'm over here like Who approved this writing😂? There's plenty of dramas I've seen where there was no kissing but the script was still phenomenal. I thought when they went to college it would get better. Boy was I wrong! I was literally skipping until the end and I haven't done that since Unrequited Love Cdrama.

I give Be Motionless & Emotionless in love 7 stars. It's not even about the romance but the acting was not on point. There were so many abrupt scenes with no explanation like her mom's plaque in episode 24. This drama was just not for me.

I'm on episode 8 and my only note is that doctor lady needs to mind her business! Not the most annoying support role but still😒
