I agree with you. And I expect that the murderer are all tenants who see Sanae, Nana, and Shouta in last episode. Before they call for ambulance, they make a deal to Nana, to not kill Shouta, and as a exchange, they take Nana. Like its trailer that they didn't want to discuss about the game
