Been waiting since it was announced that it was going to be a live action adaptation. One of my all time fav novel beside TGCF (Heaven’s Official Blessing” so the wait has been killing me. Also, the main two leads are already great actors in their own rights. Please release this soon!!!

I totally agree with you. I did skipped it as well, and waited until end to watch the last episode. It was disappointing- like you said the fight when his dad came and all he did was swing his hammer once and left w/ them. I’m continuing the Donghua it’s so good, eps 147 a gathering ppl to rebuild his clan and find a way to bring her back

As a long time fan of “Soul Land” novel ‘08 to the manhua and Donghua when I heard it was getting an adaptation I was excited. After watching to eps 5, I dropped it. Most of the rating are coming from long time fan as myself. Xiao Zhan definitely did his best -I try my best to watched it for him, but I couldn’t continue.

Definitely agree with you. Here ‘s me getting VIP first time ever just to watch raw eps even if I don’t understand. And rewatch it once again when it’s sub. So yes this drama will be on my rewatch list since I started watching cdrama from the 80s.

Totally agree with you on that as I’m on eps 26 - the background storyline has to be to make sense in a way for why WKX followed ZZS. I don’t see anything wrong with adding the shidi/shixiong to build a stronger relationship. Cause most of not all Wuxia series usually used this. Been watching Wuxia since the 80s so it won’t effect much on the soulmate relation.

You will have to read, just know that WKX always expressing his feeling since the first time he saw Zzs. So there is.

Me too! I watch it raw with my elementary 4-5th grade Chinese it’s not helping but supporting the series and getting to see them each day release until sub on YouTube.

The novel is BL so there are kissing and biting involved. Read the novel it’s recommended.
