Creo que se pondra mejor, ojala las personas que lo tengan que apoyar lo hagan. I think the baby is Gao Shide's brother because you have Asian features and the girl must be his stepsister. But someone is sick (I think that's what caused him to delay contacting Shu Yi) because he doesn't know how to tell him. Shu Yi travels to see him and misinterprets the scene, blocks him and cuts contact. Theory: SHI De travels to Taiwan but perhaps there the father intervenes. (Maybe because I saw his son suffer or because he does not accept his relationship) And Shu Yi thinks he betrayed him. haha that I think is what happened.

I think the same, I know that his father did something to separate them but Shu Yi doesn't know it and thinks that Gao Side abandoned him.

I think it has to do with Shu Yi's father, but Shu Yi should not know it and thinks that Gao Shide betrayed him, because there is also an image in which they appear facing each other and Gao Shide is arm in arm with the crush of his cousin the doctor (I think they do it so that Shu Yi believes that he is in a relationship with another).
