I agree with a lot that you said in this article. I too have suffered with my mental health for years and am now at my worst point yet. I too use dramas to distract myself, but also tend to watch a lot of sad dramas when i am feeling down so that I could cry, because it isn't easy for me. you have a nice list of shows here and i'll make sure to check them out because i've mainly watched korean and thai dramas until this point. one thing that i especially agree with and makes me feel a little better and not alone is the point about liking to watch people go crazy because i feel the same way. i don't exactly know why is like it but i've always been a fan of horror and gore, and just seeing people acting out. it somehow is just interesting to me and i kinda wish i could be like that myself. but anyways, great article!
