I agree about FL character. Xuan Ji had better build-up and stronger character than Jin Mi. I personally prefer the leads relationship in AOL than LAR. It's just a matter of preferences. I respect your opinion too.

Healthy relationship in xianxia is very rare, actually both toxic more or less. I cried too much when I first watched AOL, probably because I emotionally connected with the characters. It just depends on people's taste. Love LAR too.
