If it's true, SF would not be Mo Sha Xing or a part of Mo Sha Xing. But, SF definitely has some important past life. Probably he is a powerful Phoenix of the demon clan. I think if he was a Phoenix, he would have come from Heavenly Realm.

Why do I get Ashes of Love and Goodbye My Princess vibes from the trailer?
Yes, it has some similar storylines with Ashes of Love;like FL couldn't feel love at first which made ML suffered, and ML is also somewhat related with demon clan. But, this one has more complex/hidden characters and identities.
But, I don't think it is quite similar with GMP.

What is SF's real identity? We know now that XJ is God of War. I don't think he is Mo Sha Xing.
I saw SF with golden wings in the posters and even in the opening song. I think he is actually Phoenix or Golden Winged Bird. I'm sure SF is somehow related to demon clan.

In the preview of ep 22, it looks like SF is going to be framed as a spy of Demon Clan. I really dislike Hao Chen character. He keeps on manipulating XJ, he always succeeded at it.
