No you don't but i'll recommend to watch the first one to get a deeper understanding and it's so good and to undertand some of the character that are mention like tong nian and gun. so go for it

I personally think SJ got his happiness, he was able to live his dream again for all 3 guys just because he didn't get the girl it's not the end of the worl we all know Sj is an amazing guy he will find a girl that return his feeling i think he got the best ending finding himself and living his dream.

honestly i finish it because people was teling me to finish, but it took me so long i just couldn't finish it but i still wanted to see if it wil get better but if you want to continue it's fine i watched the whole thing but i wouldn't recommend it

oh sorry i just notice auto-correct but she is Lim Joo Gyung the main cast girl in the webtoon, from the webtoon her name was jugyeon but i guess they change her name in the show they mostly changes a lot of thing but shes the main cast girl and suho is cha eun woo.

honestly i've been on episode 4 for the past weeks but since you say so i think i'll finish it starting this week.

honestly i started i'm in episode 2 but i just don't know if it's worth finishing usually i'm not a quitter i will at least watch 5 or half of the show but is this show worth finishing.

just finish and i got to say one of the best drama i've watch in 2020 i cried so much this show really open my mind on thing i didn't even know and the cast was all amazing love the ending the most.
