I agree with most of what you wrote, except people living in the west not being able to tolerate multiple relationships.…
Ooh I forgot to explain why I think Westerners wouldn’t like it as much! The reason I think so is because it is very popular to give the advice of “move on” with the kind of relationship the show depicts. Yet the show went the other direction of “trying again.” It is just such an unpopular choice that I imagine many Western audience would detest. Thanks for the comment, and I will update my review.
