This is a great drama xianxia action and beautiful effect( High super budget). I could enjoy the battle, and comedy as well.
Wang lu - when dodge and running using lighting blue effect, and sword kunshan beautiful gold light, look so cool
Wang wu - flying around dodge it beautifully like a fairy dance, with a cheap bamboo sword.
Liu Lixian - flying while fighting with sword and kick all the enemy instantly. Like a goddess warrior.
Hai Yun Fan - defend using barrier, talisman, and illusion with beautiful butterfly
For the actress and actor from what i think doesn't quite right for the character 1. Wang wu- need to be beautiful immortal, reality not that's beauty as immortal 2. Liu Lixian- need to be cute and innocent, from what i see she look pretty but not cute, and too serious person (didn't look innocent at all) 3. Hai Yun Fan- need to have a pretty handsome face (like a gay face), but calm outside and panic inside. He was like scholar intelligent, don't know why that actor don't fit Hai Yun fan at all, i don't see Hai Yun fan there. Maybe because i re-read from manga.

For my POV This spinoff was necessary and explain all the think i have been questioning in The untamed. How actually use Yin iron skill? Make it interesting. and that's why they announced "The living dead" and " Fatal Journey" together, but the third one remind unknown.
In episode 23 The untamed, someone just steal 3 yin iron from wen ruohan while sun shoot campaign 1. Explain in "The Living dead" 2. Explain in " Fatal Journey" i could guess who get the yin iron 3. ???? (Unknown)

I am so happy for wangxian’s succeed, everyone have so much talent. And also every actor in the untamed. They are cooperated each other acting character. Even the villain actor was did a great show and job.
The most action i like is “The Living dead” i did see Bts zheng fanxing flip heavy guqin many time to find the right pose. Yu bin flying/jump/flip his body make look awesome as Ghost general.

Usually My favorite drama only 1-3 time rewatch it, i will getting over it. This is the first time i need to move on until 3 month, this is the longest record i ever did. And i was so happy, until i made my mdl account just to ask here. Because so many mystery and everyone answer with different opinion, but still not answering my question too. Look like mxtx just want to look mystery. After all this drama just haven't finish, sequel (2020) and donghua season 3 (2020) haven't release yet. Before i go crazy i will be wondering to another drama, and look like i found the right drama to move on. Really thanks all and See u again on the next mdzs release~
