I just watched ep 2 and really didn't expect her condition to be like this, it would've been nice to have seen a trigger warning before I started watching
It's a pretty cute drama and I almost binge watched it yesterday, it's pretty cliché and everything I needed at that moment. But I couldn't ignore how problematic some scenes are, as with Fatophobia, which unfortunately is nothing new in Cdramas. And also in relation to Africa, summarizing it in a place full of dangerous diseases, as if Africa were not a huge continent with countless cultures, people, places... Idk, that bothered me a lot.
Ohh okay, I'm glad they followed the novel. And I should clarify myself, I don't think she forced him to do anything because in the drama it's very clear that he was okay with the situation. That's just my personal opinion, // I // didn't like her approach. But apart from that I was happy that they didn't take long to meet each other :)
Honestly I didn't like how she approached him... I don't know about you, but I would be mad if someone called me at night to fix something at her house and then found out that she omitted and told lies so that we could go for a walk in the end. ..
