I suspect In Sol..because when Da won went on mountain and killed by killer..There is only three persons went on mountain.. 1.Cheif 2.Goo young 3.In sol Cheif is a patriotic ranger and he also was searching for ther murderer.. In 12 ep..We saw that the lottery girl and Yang sun is also the victims..and Goo young was with other team members.. So last one In Sol He met with hyun joo on Black valley and he has black gloves also..and when da won killed,He also was on mountain.. But there is one thing that is troubling me.. Hyun joo said that..The murderer and victims related to the 1995.. But I don't know what relation Insol has with flood..but I know one thing..This all relate to the Black valley.. This is my thought and theory...and my english is not that good..sorry for that

Beginning was great but later,it became boring.I really like Dam and sweet personality of Woo yeo.I also like 2nd couple.But the plot was not that great and it feels similar like Doom At Your Service.
