didn't they show at the starting of every episode after the 1st episode the bodies of 2 dead people, of which the police officer vomits after seeing the deadbody of the woman who dies and the near the other deadbody there was the photo of Choi ye ji so it must be his body, when he tried to commit suicide he must have fallen upon another person killing her also, so that's why the death has the face of that woman

I think the last reincarnation might be back to Choi yi Jae before he committed suicide.

I think when Cho yie Jae jumped from the building the woman he caused/ the women who died because of him might be the "death" character. that's why for Cho yi Jae death has the face of that woman. And everything seems connected in the show so death's character must have a connection with MC(main character). that's why the one punishing him is the face of the woman who was crushed by him.

well the chances of him committing murder is extremely low mainly because of two reasons:
1. He is the Main Lead
2. They didn't show us him committing murder.
there was a time laps between the scenes so it is intended for us to believe he is the murder but I guess they will use it later in the plot.maybe when Kang ho is onto the bad guys for his revenge and they may try to prove that Kang ho is a murderer in the court but the lady who was supposed to be dead may come back to prove his innocence and Kang ho will be unbeknownst that he is not the murderer as he would be suffering from Amnesia
