This is very very easy to watch- I really liked the couples. I do feel like they cared- the ML did a great job of looking like he liked the FL.
But its not super impressive- there is nothing that new to the plot. Almost every cliché historical drama plot here. I'm not upset about that- I'm left going "Oh its over" Its not a rushed ending but I could have used a little bit more.

They never really explain Hinata Tachibana murdered by the Tokyo Manji Gang. If she is not with the ML at the start of the movie, then why did they kill her? If her brother is a cop, would he not be able to tell the ML who did it? They make this big deal about the ML needing to change the past for her but I feel like this story is more about his friends than her- I want a happy bro ending! Or ML hugging her or something more epic than what we got. I just feel like everything was cut off.

I'm so-so about this. I just want something more. Like I wish this was a tv show instead. I think they did a great job with the yankee parts and the time travel parts ... more in spoiler.

Confused by your comment -cuz I do know this. If you read what I said, you can tell I am for showing this kind of content as like you said-it is real life. xD
But just so you know this was before the content rating to was changed and include nudity. I think this is important so people know what they are getting into. Most dramas do not show this amount of nudity( which dose not bother me), but might other people. So I am happy it was changed.

Some people are not mature/old enough to see between the lines. I find in a lot of Japan shows the endings are more open and not shoved into your face- so you need to connect the dots a bit.

Perplexing local murder case? I think not- for me is was kind of a boring murder case. When I read that in the bio, I thought they would work on it together... that is not what happens
But if you like heartwarming and feel good with a slight dark side- past trauma's and murder- than you will like this show. There are some really good adult conversations .
For once there is no misunderstanding that rips apart the leads, no family's hating on the bf or gf, and no ex that wants to get back together. xD

When they saw the fireworks the first time , they said they would watch from a beach the next year- They both remember that. She plans to go and spends unknown amount of time at the beach to watch the fireworks. We see him,( I think at a store), and then rushing to his car as the fireworks go off. Leading to you thinking he is going to make it in time to see her there. It's more of an open ending letting you deicide if they will restart or not.
~My opinion is she needed time after her divorce to rediscover herself. After her accident, she was slowly pushed out of the hair shop decisions. She needed to restart her whole life. She no longer had a place to live and needed a new work shop. She did not want to go back to him needing to be helped or rescued like a goldfish. He let her go before and he waited for her to come back. There is no reason to believe he would not understand her needing to emotionally heal.

same- I really hate it when other say it "encourages cheating" or "there are no consequences" as it only shows they are not ready for this kind of stuff if you can only see the negative and need a clear explanation of adult activity's. Life's not fair, why should dramas be? There are consequences to cheating here, but the trolls only see what they want. If the trolls could make better comment about the show instead of just saying cheating is shameful and women are horrible... That would be great.

Based on your comment I can tell your not mature enough to discuses what I said nor are you enough to watch this show. I don't really see how a show about cheating encourages other to do the same- but then those people are also not mature enough to watch if they find this changing their "morality". "Give some consequences but this show is not fair" Life is not fair-there is not always consequences to cheating. Sorry to destroy you bubble.
If you can not see the problem with hoping for the misfortune of others, than have a nice day with your toxic hopes.

Japan real dose a great job of showing complex adult relationships. I always feel like infidelity dramas get unrightfully picked on out of all the other types.

You know what, it is horrible rude to 1. point out that this is a women scriptwriter. 2. hope that she is cheated on.
DO you think it is unimportant to give voice to these kinds of stories? DO you think it is shameful to enlighten others about issues? I'm sorry not every couple is perfect in the world- hate to bust your bobble. Inutility happens and one way to change society's horrible view on it if from telling different stories. This is a disturbing comment and no different than society. You have blocked out the men shown cheating on their wife- There are 3 of them. Is it not also encouraging the males to cheat too? You over looked that no one is forced. So why is it only about females? Do you need to blame just them? Why is it never both- It dose take 2 to have infidelity. My comments would not be different if this was only about men cheating.

I think they do get back together- they do not show it but he is on his way to the beach and she will prob still be there. I see it as a happy ending

I really enjoyed this mature drama- it is so nice to see different types of couples each with their own pain, love and growth. TBH I was not expecting that much butts and boobs... but then I never read the tags lol They should really change the content rating to include nudity and sexual content or something. I think they did a good job of showing the depth of each role be it a male or female- you really understood why they cheated.
I would recommend this drama

-If you have a problem with infidelity and expect only one outcome, then do not watch this. I get tired of watching a show with this tag, only to see people complain about how its not right.
-If you can not handle adults in adult relationships aka sex, then do not watch and complain about how gross it is. Go watch a kid drama where hand holding is love.

There are plenty of other Asian countries that show nudity- Frozen Flower normally comes to mind first. I am a bit bothered by you calling this soft porn. If this was an American show, no one would blink an eye at it. Sure you can tell the story without all all that "panting and nakedness" but you'd be missing their point. I don't mean to be rude, but there is no real way to explain the emotions those women felt without it. Sex is normal, I'd rather see the truth than them explain "love" by holding hands.

Its more cute and fun.. this reminds me of another drama but I can't put my finger on it.
I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to see a fun couple, very light drama and and intro into BDSM.
