You wanted a reason and I simply gave it 🙂. the tags started getting added as episodes went by so people who watched them while airing were already damaged by its content so your last point is kinda invalid and it's not everyone who watches Thai Dramas uses MDL. You should have seen how much angry thai audience were on the makers for making this crap on insta comments I was getting so disturbed whenever I was checking this page for spoilers and the tags kept getting bad to worse. I was honestly excited for this drama and I don't have enough guts to watch some Elkizi level BS
If we count majority then it is rare in Lakorns. Idk but some actresses even have no kiss contract so we just see heads. Although we are getting more and more real kisses now
