It would have been better if it was a KBS1 soap instead of KBS2 soap.
Last couple of KBS2 revenge soaps were disastrous in terms of writing. The audience can't even understand what's happening in the currently ongoing KBS2 soap The Two Sisters due its inconsistent writing 🙂. It's probably the lowest rated show on Viki –5.2/10 Elegant Empire also got extremely bad reviews and same with previous one Woman in a Veil. KBS1 daily soaps are also frustrating (the recently finished Unpredictable Family) but they kinda make it more tolerable by putting light hearted comedy scenes as most of them are family dramas
