This is a melodrama, what did you expect? I watched this when aired out so it felt really different than you just watch at first take whole melodrama, believe me it hit different.

I do think that Park Ok Ran is her mother. Plus Hospital Director has suspected her mother to be alive so Park Ok Ran. In the ending scene of ep 10 Gang Tae rushes to Moon Yeong to save her from, from probably her mother, after she ran out of Hospital.
