What you say is very outdated. If the actors today have any skills then don't use blue screen and slow motion…
I know it’s all fake I was not just born yesterday I’ve been watching chinese drama more for a long time. But like I said maybe u don’t know the difference and got it confused. There will be a little cgi here and there but is not heavily needed it and of course it’s fake animals fake horses. Fantasy wise is more like supernatural and powers magic etc.... okay? If they film a wuxia I wouldn’t want it to be like fantasy dramas. I expect more hands on fighting and now power here and there magic here and there disappear here and there. I followed Fei closely even behind scenes so whatever u said I know it all Don’t let it confuse u seems like u still are. But thank you everyone is entitle to their own opinions

I think some ppl got this mixed up with fantasy genre and expect very good cgi but man in fact this drama is based on wuxia and does not need to be relying on cgi since there was not much of cgi needed as much as fantasy drama... so some pp brought that up so if u don’t like wuxia then it’s not for u. It’s not like 3L3L n Ashes of love that r very pretty with good amount of cgi and background etc... wuxia is more of martial arts and not magic wise so I’m really digging this genre. Hope this help clarify to some people... and I know we hate the voice dub but hey I’m glad ah fei comes out and so far it’s good since I read the novel and so far it’s quite close/true to the novel. I realize how good zhao li Ying skin was exclude the dark circles and bags from over working lol but her skin is really good
