While I have my grievances with the writers’ choices in terms of Han Seo’s ending as well as some other details from this episode, I did enjoy the last few minutes with the main couple. Very satisfying ending to the slow burn I think. Felt like the best possible way they could have tied the whole thing together.
I do; however, wish Chayoung would have been more active or at least aware of the revenge on Choi Myung Hee considering she was the one who killed her father. I know she’s not about that life but to at least have been aware that it was happening as in the case of that one underling who got his chest exploded ( which I felt was a bit unfair considering he was technically just following orders from Choi Myung Hee). But yeah I’ll miss this show though lol. Feel like I’m rambling

Agree. Seems too convenient for the plot. Like I get that love muddles your thinking. But someone as analytical and as much of an expert in such situations as Vincenzo is portrayed as wouldn’t realistically get as sloppy as he did in that scene. Like idk what anyone says it’s actually impossible because situations like those should be standard procedure for him and he should be able to make quick and efficient decisions. Instead what we got was a pretty out of character decision. I just wish the writers worked harder on that scenario because it kind of messed with the impact of what happened as a consequence of his bad decisions because I just wasn’t immersed in the scene as I usually am.
Like I’m not saying this show is the epitome of logic but I feel like it went even further below it’s usual standards that I’ve adjusted to .

Jang Han Seo didn’t have to die but okay then. Sigh. Currently watching but had to pause to comment this. Felt like it could’ve been avoided both within the show and in the plot.

Dk if it’s just me but HCY getting shot could’ve deffs been prevented if Vincenzo chose to do the smarter action of going for JHSK while he was down and getting the gun out of his hands together with or instead of JHS who’d just been shot and injured, and would have obviously been overpowered by JHSK.
I just feel like the decision to slowly walk her out of a scene where a loaded gun was actively being flailed around was one of the dumbest decision he could’ve made in the situation and tbh the decision didn’t make much sense to me and doesn’t seem like something he would do normally. Or I guess his desire to get her to a safe place outweighed his logic? Or it’s just the writers wanting the dramatic scene without planning out the logistics thoroughly? Or maybe I’m the only one who feels this way idk do any of y’all get what I’m talking about?

Otherwise the last two episodes have been amazing can’t believe we have to wait two weeks for episode 17. Also wondering if our main couple will ever actually be a couple

Ngl the logic behind killing Vincenzo’s mother is very flawed to me. Like what? I thought they’d kidnap her or something or maybe use her illness to their advantage in some way. They went on and on about finding his weakness and then when they found it what did they do? They took it away?? Like how does that make any sense? The only purpose killing his mom would serve is to make his hatred and focus on taking down Babel more potent. Like did they not learn from when Chayoung literally switched sides after the passing of her father?? The logic isn’t logicing is basically what I’m trying to say. Like what was the punchline? Vincenzo is heartbroken. Like okay?? If that was the point then why did we focus on the weakness aspect of it all like I am so confused by the stupidity. Their decisions high key don’t be making much of an impact
